So they just leave it up to those at the school like Alaric to take care of her while they live their own lives. The one thing that Hope's remaining family does for her is their the checks coming to the school keeping her erole at the school. Because going to the school is not free. But other then that they seem to not have any contact with Hope. Hopes remaining family are not there to guide Hope and being who she is and where she comes from as well as what she is capable of. She needs a parent figure to guide her protect her even if it's just from herself. Alaric loves Hope as his own and is playing the adult the parent because no one else does so. You don't see any of Hope's relative checking up on her as her mother would. Their busy living their own lives to worry about what their niece is up to and if not for Alaric Hope would become too dark to turn back and by time the other living Mikaelsons realise that something wrong it'll be too late. Alaric is trying to save Hope before it is not ignored until it's too late.
But the real cause that the rest of her family is because of the producer....all this doesn't make any sense...it's just because they have finished their roles in the originals and even the tvd....so the problem is when the producer decided to make a spinn off...she has to make coherence in it...which means to brings all what relates this show to the two other shows...that's it

There was literally no reason for klaus to die. They could have put the darkness in the siblings and sent to the other side of the earth until there was a resolution orrrr as sad as it is.. Elijah could have just died and been with hayley while klaus lived to be with his daughter. Elijah was about family so that would have made sense..a lot of the deaths could have been prevented lol
I wish fans would understand Alaric’s situation. He’s not trying to replace Hope’s dad, but he knows she needs guidance and discipline. She’s a teenager, and she may be a “Mikaelson”, but she still needs to follow rules just as everyone else does. She may not be his daughter, but Rick is her legal guardian while she’s enrolled at the school, and he wants what is best for her.

Hope is lucky and blessed to have someone like Alaric in her life . He selflessly took her in and treated her like his own dispite all the pain and suffering Klaus caused him and his family. He is good for her. He isn't her father. He can't replace him . But that doesnt mean he isn't 100% the biggest light in her life and he has enriched her life with genuine goodness. Something that her father struggled to do.
I’ve watch all the seasons of Vampire Diaries and The Originals . I’ve watched Klaus kill , torture and do everything so evil . But watching him with Hope just makes me forget all of that . The love he has for her is so deep . No one can replace him . Not even Alaric . Yeah he can act all he wants to be her dad or whatever , but Hope is still the best part of her parents . Especially her dad .
Klaus and Hope deserved way better, he did die with love in his heart. Love for her, he was so misunderstood every time, and hope didn't even know the truth behind everything, is sacrifice. This is so beautiful ! Legacies is really better than i excepted at the first place, the last episodes were so amazing and emotionnal. Hope grow up so much since the end of the season 5 of TO and the seven episodes of Legacies. The parrallels between both relationship Hope/ Klaus ( gosh i still miss these two together and the all Mikaelsons family ) and Hope/ Alaric were perfect. I hope that Hope will found peace and happinesse because she deserves it.

I never really got why she was portrayed as being all alone after her parents' deaths. "The Originals" clearly shows us that the Mikaelsons would do anything for their beloved niece. Yes I know the actors didn't want to return on screen, but Candice Kind isn't there either and Caroline's bond with Lizzie and Josie wasn't straight up ereased. It wouldn't have been too hard to do something similar with Hope. She could be shown on the phone with them (Freya and Keelin could send pictures of little Nik), she could write to them, talk about lessons they passed down to her, even visiting them off-screen. Yes she lost her parents and is obviously going to struggle with that, but "The Originals" clearly stated, that she would have never been alone. Too bad the writers stopped caring about following or at least honoring the established material with the later seasons of "The Vampire Diaries".
Ugh that was so hard and so beautiful. I know Julie said that the 5th and 6th episode were here favorites of the series, the 6th being one of her all-time favorite episodes (of all three series) but I honestly loved 7 leagues more than 5 and 6.

Hope said in season 2 episode 2 I think I’m not sure but she says “I know you don’t remember, but you’re the closest thing I have to a father.” And boii I felt that but he can’t replace Klaus no one can and Hope will never fill in the void in her heart of Klaus and Hayley but Alaric is also important to her y’all need a understand.
I think Hope is already a little broken, kinda like every Mickelson, but if the necromancer made Klaus or Hayley come back and she had to loose them all over again she would completely split. Alaric does not help, always talking about Klaus in bad ways but Hope knew Klaus in beautiful and bad and she loved her father so if he came back it should be so incredibly hard on her. Her mother would be equally as bad but I think that Hope had a little bit of a stronger connection to her father in a way, yes she loved them both but in the end Klaus cared for her in a way that was to the farthest ends of the galaxies and back.

Klaus and Hope deserved way better, he did die with love in his heart. Love for her, he was so misunderstood every time, and hope didn't even know the truth behind everything, is sacrifice. Alaric could have the dad title that Klaus had, but i'm so happy Alaric was always there for Hope, he helped her improve become the person she is now.

Legacies is really better than i excepted at the first place, the last episodes were so amazing and emotionnal. Hope grow up so much since the end of the season 5 of TO and the seven episodes of Legacies. The parrallels between both relationship Hope/ Klaus ( gosh i still miss these two together and the all Mikaelsons family ) and Hope/ Alaric were perfect. I hope that Hope will found peace and happinesse because she deserves it.

The originals were such a big part of my life for me and I earned strength of how they stood up againt the whole world even if they were broken beyond repair on the inside. They gave me hope everytime

i remember an episode in legacies where she plans to go to new orleans to see freya but doesn’t because people need her help but i would of really liked to see hope with her family and hopefully rebecca, kol, davina and marcel
I never really got why she was portrayed as being all alone after her parents' deaths. "The Originals" clearly shows us that the Mikaelsons would do anything for their beloved niece. Yes I know the actors didn't want to return on screen, but Candice Kind isn't there either and Caroline's bond with Lizzie and Josie wasn't straight up ereased.
It wouldn't have been too hard to do something similar with Hope. She could be shown on the phone with them (Freya and Keelin could send pictures of little Nik), she could write to them, talk about lessons they passed down to her, even visiting them off-screen. Yes she lost her parents and is obviously going to struggle with that, but "The Originals" clearly stated, that she would have never been alone. Too bad the writers stopped caring about following or at least honoring the established material with the later seasons of "The Vampire Diaries".

Hope said in season 2 episode 2 I think I’m not sure but she says “I know you don’t remember, but you’re the closest thing I have to a father.” And boii I felt that but he can’t replace Klaus no one can and Hope will never fill in the void in her heart of Klaus and Hayley but Alaric is also important to her y’all need a understand.
I cried so bad during this episode and watching this video is making me cry so much more.

I think Hope is already a little broken, kinda like every Mickelson, but if the necromancer made Klaus or Hayley come back and she had to loose them all over again she would completely split. Alaric does not help, always talking about Klaus in bad ways but Hope knew Klaus in beautiful and bad and she loved her father so if he came back it should be so incredibly hard on her. Her mother would be equally as bad but I think that Hope had a little bit of a stronger connection to her father in a way, yes she loved them both but in the end Klaus cared for her in a way that was to the farthest ends of the galaxies and back.
This show was the only show to make me cry
