There characters wouldn't let Hope be this alone especially Freya who basically raised Hope with Hayley and Rebekah who protected Hope. Julie Plec treats the Mikaelsons awfully TBH its like she only knows how to do high school drama and not include in depth character and family drama. Freya would of become a teacher at the school imho and Rebekah maybe a bodyguard or helping Caroline (since Beks is still an Original Vamp)

In the last episode of the Originals Hope said to Klaus that she will go back to school and now she is back in Mystic Falls. Its been 2 years since the ending of the Originals and I bet that Freya, Kol & Rebekah have all visited her in this time. Julie Plec said that Rebekah is happy with Marcel at the moment and Kol & Freya have their own lives too. I miss all of them badly but they are probably not gonna be in Legacies and we have to accept it.

I feel like klaus and Hayley would both hate the way she is being taught at the school, like being who she is should be a secret and that she’s some great evil everyone is waiting to turn evil like klaus. They are trying to make her something she’s not and act as though she is not who she is, they are denying her blood.
I disagree. I feel like the school-in particular Alaric-is teaching her how to accept who she is and hone all her skills without letting the Mikaleson's darkness overtake her.

I believe the school is perfect for her i mean in the last episode she literally said she’s gotten friends and has only realised that they were her friends because she stopped beating herself up about her father and mothers death, that would’ve never happened if she hadn’t gone to the school and met her friends
Her story is so sad... and i don't know, so beautiful. Being villains, monsters, killers, the Mikaelsons had an amazing bond which was never broken, despite all the ups and downs. And it all ended with her, with Hope. She's the symbol I think... and she is just a kid and she suffered so much. This video is really beautiful. She has a hole in her heart which won't go away, but Klaus and Hayley, and the others will always be with her. At the beginning I didn't like the actress, i didn't think she was the right fit for Hope, but... now she is growing on me. She got more in the character, explored it more, and I like her now. And I see a lot of Klaus in her which is.. nice. Good job!

Klaus had centuries of blood on his hands due in great part to his anger and paranoia. He didn’t want that for Hope. In fact, he named her Hope because he wanted better for her. Alaric’s words, as harsh as they may have seemed, was just a reminder of that.
But Alaric always saw him as the villain.. because in vampire diaries he had no mercy on them he also killed his girlfriend Jenna..so Alaric has a reason not to like him and he is just trying to help hope.

She is the most unique and powerful person at that school and given all she's been through and lost. It's more likely for her to lose herself and give in to the darkness. Klaus was made out of pain. Well 7 year old hope had a kindness and innocence to her that was infectious. She was strong and determined, but also sweet. Alaric saw that in her. He saw a bright child with a lot of love to give. Also Alaric is a bit of a sap when it comes to kids with difficult family dynamics :P
I'm sure Klaus would've felt threatened by the relationship between Hope and Alaric. However, in many ways, he is helping to raise and shape her into the person both Klaus and Hayley hoped she'd be.
Well if Klaus were still there, I'm pretty the dynamic between Alaric and Hope will be totally different as hope we still have a father and wouldn't have been need it a father figure in Alaric

Hope is just a kid and she lost so much and she loved and still love her family, even her death dad. So nobody and in particular kids wouldn´t hear something bad about their loved ones.

Disney refused so she didn’t give them permission to use her face for anything past the movie poster/dvd cover. So if Phoebe wanted compensation and they wouldn’t give it then i she would then be photoshopped from the photo.
Bloodee Jacob actors are separate from their characters. Sure Hayley would want her to have a photo but Phoebe may not. Also it’s a equal case that it’s more about content control then money. Sign away your likeness and then they can use any image or video however they want without having to ask permission. So that’s another reason why.

I really miss Klaus, Elijah and Hayley. Hope will be happy if her parents are still alive. I miss them all having fun and solving problems together even though the first part of the last season is they have to be apart from each other. 💔
The vampire diaries universe has so many characters in it, but I think Hope is my favorite. She’s a flawed character who has suffered from loss, but is beautiful despite it all. Although this is in a world where the supernatural exist, Hope is a very raw and real character. I think a lot of people can relate to her because of her story and who she is. Closing yourself off to everyone around you and locking your heart up is a defense mechanism that is easy to activate. Everybody has experienced loss in different ways, whether it be death or having someone you love walk out of your life. It’s easy to feel lonely, when you have friends and family with you. Hope is afraid of losing people, but throughout Legacies she allows herself to love and be loved, and I think a lot of this is due to Landon challenging her to learn to trust and open up. Hope is almost a symbol of the Mikaelson family; she is flawed and broken, but is strong, courageous, and loyal to those she loves. She is a very complex character, with many layers. The writers have done a great job at making her the perfect blend of Klaus and Hayley, while also making her her own person.
When I first watched Legacies I was a little bit disappionted because of the story but when you look deep and you understand Hope's feeling it really shows that she is a truly a Mikaelson. Legacies have still a long way to go and I hope Klaus would appear in whatever form he would but I would love to see him when he is angry when Hope is in danger.
She’s in so many ways like her mother beautiful-strong tough as nails willing to whatever it takes to get her way accepts her werewolf nature but she’s in every way like Klaus his attitude his willingness to fight until the end she’s in every-way Klaus & Hayley’s daughter
"This is your father"... Alaric can't say something like that to Hope. Yes Klaus have done terrible things but he changed for his daughter and he did everything he can to protect her
This made me cry. I miss Klaus so much and the others. I would watch this show only if they bring them back or at least show Klaus as a ghost or a memory.
Alaric did a good job as a confidant/supporter for Hope, he loves her as if she were part of his family, but the truth is that she is not: she is a Mikaelson and no one will risk everything for her like Hayley and Klaus, no one.
I don’t like how I’m legacies the writers only mention Klaus and Hayley, and when they speak about Mikaelsons they only speak about Klaus like what happened to Rebekah, Kol, Elijah and evening Freya( Ik she was in legacies already) I would love if they were at least mentioned!
I know a lot of people hate what Alaric said to Hope, but I honestly think she needed to hear it. Klaus was a great father who loved Hope with his whole heart, but he was a deeply tormented and broken man. And that’s exactly what he didn’t want for Hope, and Ric knows that. He gave Hope a little tough love in a moment when she needed it. And I truly believe Klaus would’ve said the same thing to her had he been there. He wants Hope to be everything he wasn’t.

The vampire diaries universe has so many characters in it, but I think Hope is my favorite. She’s a flawed character who has suffered from loss, but is beautiful despite it all. Although this is in a world where the supernatural exist, Hope is a very raw and real character. I think a lot of people can relate to her because of her story and who she is. Closing yourself off to everyone around you and locking your heart up is a defense mechanism that is easy to activate. Everybody has experienced loss in different ways, whether it be death or having someone you love walk out of your life. It’s easy to feel lonely, when you have friends and family with you. Hope is afraid of losing people, but throughout Legacies she allows herself to love and be loved, and I think a lot of this is due to Landon challenging her to learn to trust and open up. Hope is almost a symbol of the Mikaelson family; she is flawed and broken, but is strong, courageous, and loyal to those she loves. She is a very complex character, with many layers. The writers have done a great job at making her the perfect blend of Klaus and Hayley, while also making her her own person.

When I first watched Legacies I was a little bit disappionted because of the story but when you look deep and you understand Hope's feeling it really shows that she is a truly a Mikaelson. Legacies have still a long way to go and I hope Klaus would appear in whatever form he would but I would love to see him when he is angry when Hope is in danger.

I don’t like how I’m legacies the writers only mention Klaus and Hayley, and when they speak about Mikaelsons they only speak about Klaus like what happened to Rebekah, Kol, Elijah and evening Freya( Ik she was in legacies already) I would love if they were at least mentioned!
I know a lot of people hate what Alaric said to Hope, but I honestly think she needed to hear it. Klaus was a great father who loved Hope with his whole heart, but he was a deeply tormented and broken man. And that’s exactly what he didn’t want for Hope, and Ric knows that. He gave Hope a little tough love in a moment when she needed it. And I truly believe Klaus would’ve said the same thing to her had he been there. He wants Hope to be everything he wasn’t.
