      I would normally do 20 minutes cardio varying the machine, bike, rower, treadmill, then dynamic stretches, including squats, lunges, floor rolls - forward and back, side to side. Excited to try your warm-up.

    Nice )) it’s so interesting !! Never think about this )) I just warm up for 10-15 minutes, and never think what I will do next 🧐😁 now I will Think 💭 thanks 😊

    Very nice! The whole routine is remarkably similar to warmup routines in Japanese Daito Ryu Aiki Jujutsu schools (and its softer sibling Aikido). Very effective whole body warmup.

      Indeed it is. I have to confess, though - this is an Aikido warmup routine which I used everytime before going onto the dance floor. Got me going pretty good!

    For warmup i go to the forest and fight a bear with bare hands :D
