    Its funny that when I started your workouts 3 months ago, I wasn't motivated and only worked out when I felt like it (Which wasn't very often!). Now, I get up and workout everyday to your workouts! I've grown to love the burn because I know the great results that are to follow!! Thanks Rebecca for always motivating!

    This one had me SWEATING!! I loved how there were slower movements that let you catch your breath in between faster or more intense ones. That was a nice challenge for me to keep moving the whole time!

    Rebecca your a girl after my own heart! Keep it up your a great trainer especially with the leg & thigh exercises. Don't have time to hit the gym and with membership prices always going up , all I do is come home and wait and see what you and gymra have to offer us working class women who don't have much time to spare.     #ifeeltheburn ... curtsy lunges are my favorite leg exercise and now that a few hours have passed since I did this workout - my legs are feeling the burn!! I also burned 149 calories with this workout combined with the warm up video! Heck yeah - that’s fantastic! I love burning calories 🏋🏻‍♀️

    I am your big fan in korea. I really love this workout especially because i dont have to worry about making noise to downstairs since i live in apartment, but at the same time its so intense! After this workout, i sweat a lot and heart beats really fast!! Thank you always for making wonderful videos!!

    Rebecca I am way past feeling the burn. I've done 2 other leg workouts of yours before this one as part of "leg day" and now I have noodle legs. I knowwww tomorrow is gonna be rough haha THANK YOUUU!!!

    I love your videos, and this one is one of my top two favourites. Leg strengthening and cardio seems like such a natural combination -- and is such an efficient workout for busy folks like I am! My suggestion: Would you consider making a step workout that combines leg strengthening and cardio? Thank you!

      Also, do you have any leg workouts that incorporate exercises for medial quads? I've been doing a lot of squats and lunges, but I think these strengthen mainly the lateral quads. I am worried about increasing my risk of knee injury by strengthening one side of the quad but not the other. Thanks!

    But do you also have a work out for an injured left knie.... For example I want lean, stronger and slimmer legs but I can't bent my knee for 45° or put pressure on it (in any ways no the kneejoint ).. that means that I can not do half of the leg video' s please help me out. Tnx you

    Yep I need to get back into working out with your channel. I lost 4 lbs but when I went off because I have knee issues sometimes I started back to being a total fat butt again. time to track calories again. Thank you for this workout. I am sweating!

    How many calories can one burn with this one and other videos? I would like to adapt my nutrition to your videos. I do sets. First set consists of this warm up, legs & cardio, 9 exs for flat stomach from Xhit, how to lose arm fat from xHit and cooldown... do you offer also calorie-counter (excercises) on web?       I am a fan of all of your workout regimens, albeit, admittedly, I am partial to those focused on increasing muscle tone and "leanness" so to speak (especially for someone who is petite), without the bulking side effect. Thanks for the reply. P.S., I can totally feel the burn. :)

      If I had to choose, I am a huge fan of ab workouts (lower abs specifically; hard to see them at 17% body fat :( ), in addition, to HIIT of course :). If it's not too personal may I ask what is your body fat percentage?

    Love your workouts! Rebecca, do you think you can recommend me a video by you to grow my glutes and get a bigger butt? It's the one thing I really, really want and I'm having such a hard time because I can't go to the gym, so I do all the workouts at home. :( I'd really appreciate it.

      To grow butt you need more weights. I can recomend getting ankle weights they definitelly challenge you more than just bodyweight which will help you tone, but not really grow butt muscles. So simply said just add as musch weight as you can but still can do all workouts with right form.

    i really liked this tutorial until rebecca started doing calisthenics. her character arc clearly started as a cardio teacher, yet by the end i was completely lost. alot of potential in this tutorial but im saddened to give this a 5/10

    Could you please tell me what you do with your hair after any workout?
    I wash my hair every three days. They are thick so cant wash them daily. I also don't want to apply dry shampoo after every workout. And they get oily at the scalp.

    Hi Rebecca! I'm a 14 year old female dancer and I'm struggling with a bloated tummy 24/7 and lower belly fat. Most of everything about my body I'd say is skinny but I'm just wanting to have a flat tummy and abs. I've done a lot of ab exercises for a long time including yours but in the morning or just any day I don't get results :( I drink a lot of water a day and my health is pretty good I don't eat really any vegetables (not even any actually lol!) but I do LOVE fruit so I eat that pretty often. I mean I'm a kid of course I'll have sweets here and then and maybe even an unhealthy meal but not all the time. Can you please suggest any ab exercises for me that really work and can get rid of my stomach fat? And a tip on how to reduce bloating? Even at night about to go to sleep so it's gone in the morning?     I can't do mountain climbers ...my arms are so weak. even push ups can someone tell me what to do?
