My suggestion: Would you consider making a step workout that combines leg strengthening and cardio? Thank you!
Also, do you have any leg workouts that incorporate exercises for medial quads? I've been doing a lot of squats and lunges, but I think these strengthen mainly the lateral quads. I am worried about increasing my risk of knee injury by strengthening one side of the quad but not the other. Thanks!

I am a fan of all of your workout regimens, albeit, admittedly, I am partial to those focused on increasing muscle tone and "leanness" so to speak (especially for someone who is petite), without the bulking side effect. Thanks for the reply. P.S., I can totally feel the burn. :)
If I had to choose, I am a huge fan of ab workouts (lower abs specifically; hard to see them at 17% body fat :( ), in addition, to HIIT of course :). If it's not too personal may I ask what is your body fat percentage?

To grow butt you need more weights. I can recomend getting ankle weights they definitelly challenge you more than just bodyweight which will help you tone, but not really grow butt muscles. So simply said just add as musch weight as you can but still can do all workouts with right form.
i really liked this tutorial until rebecca started doing calisthenics. her character arc clearly started as a cardio teacher, yet by the end i was completely lost. alot of potential in this tutorial but im saddened to give this a 5/10

Hi Rebecca! I'm a 14 year old female dancer and I'm struggling with a bloated tummy 24/7 and lower belly fat. Most of everything about my body I'd say is skinny but I'm just wanting to have a flat tummy and abs. I've done a lot of ab exercises for a long time including yours but in the morning or just any day I don't get results :( I drink a lot of water a day and my health is pretty good I don't eat really any vegetables (not even any actually lol!) but I do LOVE fruit so I eat that pretty often. I mean I'm a kid of course I'll have sweets here and then and maybe even an unhealthy meal but not all the time. Can you please suggest any ab exercises for me that really work and can get rid of my stomach fat? And a tip on how to reduce bloating? Even at night about to go to sleep so it's gone in the morning?
