The glow plug does not need to be quite so tight. It's not under much pressure so just needs a gas tight seal and overnight may cause problems when you need to overhaul. Well done by the way 👍
Thank you for the great video I only just fitted a brand new one did the first prime set ok, 3 minutes in running it it stopped and came up with the glow plug :( so be best to get a new one take it apart and see why the glow plug errors up on a brand new unit :(
Hello Mark, very helpful video. May I ask if when your heater starts up does it make two or three Phut Phut type noise before actually firing up? Mine does and I wonder if that is normal after changing the glow plug and mesh? It works fine but just a bit slow to actually fire up.

I purchased a new glow plug and replaced it and I continue to get the error code. Any recommendations for troubleshooting? I’ve also contacted the seller for assistance. Still waiting on reply.

Did a new plug fix it? I just set mine up and it gave the E-3 code for faulty ignition. Brand new out of the box.

If you have a mains power out as the unit is working the heat will melt the mother board . Always better to have it running off a battery

Hi Tomasz make sure the battery is fully charged and you have purged the fuel line and check for any kinks in the fuel line
This is exactly whats happened to me!! Did you resolve your issue! Was it power supply or dodgy glow plug??
