Hi Mam I Am BBA Graduate Now I Am Pursuing MBA HR Through Distance Education I have 2 years Experience In Sales Field But I can't Enter into HR Department I don't Know Why?
@@varshakadyan55 I would disagree here. Online education is valued by many employers equally. On the other hand, it provides an added advantage as the learner would have applied extra skills to work on it. I know of 2 high level employees in a multinationals that have studied their MBA on distance learning. However, it's from a top school. Maybe that makes a difference.
I'd say an MBA is not everything. You need some experience working in HR. You can ask in your current company to take on some HR related duties and then later apply for an Assistant job in HR. That' way you can break into it. I also recommend taking HR courses and certifications more than a MBA. MBA in HR is useful for HR leaders perhaps but irrelevant if you want to break into HR without experience. A degree is not everything. There is so much more of professional and personal skills that are essential of making it in a job.
