@@soumyaroy3521 Recruitment is more like Sales job where you're selling your company's brand and job profile to the candidate as well as selling candidates resume to the interviewer at the same time. It's a target based job where you need to hire N number of candidates for your company or client. HRBP or HR Operations position is more to deal with the employees of your company and implement policies which are also very responsible job but not that strain and headache than achieving numbers in recruitment job. NOTE:- This is my opinion and your opinion can be different which is completely healthy and democratic.

Ma’am i have completed my mba in hr and there is no campus placement so i am trying off campus from last 3 months i have given many interviews but till now not a single company or consultancy is revert back although at the interview time they said i get shortlist but they are not conducting it even in some companies i gone through at final level but i am not getting any selection from any company as i am fresher what things i should do to get job i have 2 internship experience in Hr domain. I believe that you will help me out for this matter
Great video mam, I can relate to those factors as an HR Intern. Mam, I have a query, what is the process to to switch from HR Recruitment to HR Operations and what kind of skills I need to develop to move into HR operations, mam ?
Dear the best way to learn from the "HR Team" around you, get involved in their tasks, even if its not your job, and that way you will get exposure plus maintain a good rapo with the Manager/Head of HR and whenever there is a open position in team, show your interest.

HR is an interesting job however Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is very tough.

No dear, no targets, working for MNCs as internal recruitment team, you will find much more peace and ease than working in recruitment agency.
