I've been eating chia pudding for a long time now I love it I put a little cinnamon in it when I go to eat it or maybe some blueberry and fresh blueberries and I just love it it makes you feel good and thanks for all those tips
How do u keep chia seeds fresh for longer? I travel a lot and sometimes it’ll be a few months before I go back home. Would you recommend freezing them?
I've never tried chia seed pudding but I want to, I want to make one with cacoa powder, agave nectar and thick creamy oat milk. I hope it comes out right when I do. Thanks for the tips.
Hi, did you try making it. A healthier sweet alternative is to use a little honey or Stevia (natural sweetener with no side effects) instead of agave nectar. Agave nectar affects blood sugar and raises insulin levels (which makes it harder to lose weight & is unhealthy for the liver). Other than that, I'm interested to know how it was. 😊😊
@@kenney1050 if you have heard of the non diary/vegan milk/yogurts, there you go. Cashew milk homemade I find it better, otherwise I buy coconut versions.😋
I tried my best to like chia pudding but the texture is disgusting, I can't bear to finish a tiny glass. I prefer to just sprinkle chia seeds to my salad instead of letting it become slimy.

@@cookingforpeanuts can chia seeds be ground/milled in a processor beforehand or will it not work the same ?
@@mistypedhi You can but it will be thicker so you will have to adjust the liquid amount accordingly.

This obsession with chia pudding. Gimme a plate of fresh fried eggs
Thank you!!
Thank you 🙏🏾
The biggest mistake is you don’t soak them overnight
you don't need to but you can
Yes you should let them sit overnight. It’s better to soak because it’s easier to digest. Look it up
I’m not supposed to soak them overnight ???? 🙄 Learning to eat healthy is so confusing 😢
Mine just flush out from my butt😂
@@SeeSaw99you are supposed to. they’re saying it’s a mistake to NOT let them sit overnight
Another "mistake" is to combine chia with dairy products (calcium will inhibit the iron).
Is that actually true? There's better foods for iron over chia seeds
@@HillbillyYEEHAAhe is right.
So what do we use in.place of milk? Pray tell

So glad! Thanks for letting me know.
Yum pl share the link for the lovely jars
4 DAYS?! 😭😭 i want it right now ☹️
The first biggest mistake was sending this to my wife.
Wondering why?
I tried my best to like chia pudding but the texture is disgusting, I can't bear to finish a tiny glass. I prefer to just sprinkle chia seeds to my salad instead of letting it become slimy.
If you add almond slices and frozen berries it gives it a whole different texture.
Just make it thicker and eat it like a thick pudding! And yes, adding berries makes it taste like a cold, sweet dessert!😎
I just soak them in water and then drink them fast like a medicine 😂
thank you
Great tips 😊
