If there is one character that was on the show that Super Friends Aquaman could beat, it would be The Deep from The Boys. The Deep's only powers are breathing underwater and talking to aquatic life. But aside from that, Amber, great to see you! I thought something bad happened to you when you didn't post a video for a month. Really glad to see you back. Great reaction (Even though it was borked or blursed or something) and can't wait to see more from you. Keep it up.

This cartoon portrayal of Aquaman basically screwed over his perception in the public eye for the next 45 years. From 1973 to 2018, Aquaman was just known as the lame guy who talked to fish despite the efforts of the Justice League Cartoon and Batman the Brave and the Bold to improve that perception. It wasn't until the DCEU's take on the character that non-comic fans finally understood how cool he always was. Thanks Jason Mamoa.

I just realized something: SpongeBob got his name wrong 3 times and each was a reference
1) Water Man referencing the time Aquaman posed as a college student with that last name (they mention it in the analysis)
2) Sea Man referencing South Park and the parody of Aquaman by the same name. (Don't know if it was intentional but that's hilarious)
3) Ocean Man. I mean....do I really need to say what it references? Great song tho

He may be able to beat Goku, but there is... one who is more than likely able to beat him. One that not only harnesses the toon force to its fullest potential, but essentially becomes it. He is toon force incarnate, the physical embodiment of "F*ck you, I do what I want, and you can't do a freaking thing about it." And yet, his rabbit hole doesn't go NEARLY as deep as SpongeBob's, even for a manga/anime character.

Spongebob squarepants is so op, broken, and still one of the greatest television shows of all time.
I’m talking up there with Seinfeld, MASH, Breaking Bad, The Sopranos. The impact it has had on society as an animated show is amazing, given the fact it is a literal cartoon. I imagine the SpongeBob effect is the modern day equivalent to when Mickey Mouse was introduced in the 1920s. It has been able to stay relevant for multiple decades and create high quality content year in and year out (albeit, the first couple seasons are absolute golden). The levels of humor are also well layered where one joke might not be understood when you were 6, but when watching it years later, you realize all the missed jokes that went over your head. The comedy is relatable to any age. The merchandise ... the marketing ... the memes, kids today love SpongeBob just as kids 20 years ago did. I can honestly go on forever with this show. I truly feel it appeals to all demographics and that’s what makes SpongeBob SquarePants so great.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I feel like this battle was made just to make jokes about all the memes critics make, like Wiz saying this was a close fight despite it probably being at least in the top 5 biggest stomps in its history.
Still, I unironically think that helped turn this fight from a forgettable filler episode, to one of the greatest episodes of the season. Listening to Wiz accept that his side was about to die made this one of the few analysis’ I love rewatching. On top of that, just how blatantly obvious they made the breakdown was just a drastic shift from what they usually do it made me laugh so hard my first time watching.
To top it all off, I watch so many reactions of it just to see how often they laugh.

Spongebob's birthday is 7-14-86. That would in fact make him 36. Also Aquaman shook off that whole lameness stigma in the 90s via the comics. Batman brave and the Bold helped too.

For some reason at the time it was considered a truism that kids wouldn't watch anything if it didn't have a "kid" character for them to relate to. Kids might tune in for Superman or Batman but they *stayed* for Marvin and Wendy. Yep.

Regarding SpongeBob being 36... When ever a his driver's license was shown such as in the season 1 episode "Sleepy Time" it showed that his date of birth is July 14th, 1986. So yes. He would indeed be 36 when this video came out.

Well when SpongeBob started it was implied that SpongeBob is maybe 18 or in his early 20’s. We know he’s been to highschool, he lives on his own away from his parents. So let’s assume that in season 1 he’s 18 in 1999. Add 23 years later to 2022. Yeah SpongeBob would be 41!!! Or close to that.
