For its price Duster is very good car. Not as good as Porsche but how many Dusters can you buy for one Macan??? Bravoo Duster
Indeed. And with the value of the Macan you can buy 2 dusters and make one full offroad ready. But on the road the Macan tops the duster in every aspect. This is a fact I can't deny😄
If you speak about reliability ,well Duster is above.Reliability and luxury are not the same think .I prefer reability.Just bicose is 3times more expensive doesn't make Macan better car .

It sucks ass. Worst thing ever. Cant even call it a car, yet alone offroader. Made out of plastic and tin foil, expected to last 5 years. Did you ever looked dimensions of subframe and chassis? Not to mention whole drivetrain from engine to wheels is more fragile and weaker than on a fuckin fiat punto. And you call this a good car? I wouldnt take it for free.
Some more challenging terrain would've made for better comparison. The Macan is built to get into bumpy polo paddocks. The Duster is a great runabout for farmers and countryside workers. Not the most refined, quiet or luxurious but I've done sand, wet clay, snow, ice, 50cm wading, mud and rocky byway. ...no problem. It can get 48mpg on mixed road driving. Look at the approach angle on the Macan. Easy choice....
You are right, but I don't think I could get the Macan's driver on more challenging terrain😁will try though. 😄

Nu îl rupe. Mai rau îl rupe când da intr o groapa la 130km/h. Este o masina foarte corecta Dusterul. Bravo!
The Maccan is probably the most beautiful crossover ever created, considering it has 20 inch sports tires I say it did great.
The Duster is that crossover that is amazing for its price and works great off road and snow.

If you disable ESP/VSC on both cars they should drive better.
ESP is cutting engine power to limiting tyres slippage, this doesn't help in off-road at low speed.
On the Duster I suggest to always disable ESP before activating 4WD lock. This is helpful off-road with other SUV too but some doesn't need it.

Off Road înseamnă - inafara drumului- deci și mersul pe un câmp drept este tot offroad, de exemplu când mergi tu la prășit pe câmp cu golf 3 al tău înseamnă ca faci offroad😂😂

Did you use Macan's "Offroad" mode?
Yes. The Macan was in offroad mode.😁 the tires were a little bit weary and that made the car loose grip easily especially when it was suspended on 2 wheels (front left and rear right).

Macan-ul l-am văzut prin Rădăuți, superbă mașină, dar e un SUV de oraș:) și termenul SUV mi se pare mult spus (părerea mea)

@@marianrosca5093 depinde...lux nu, materiale de calitate nu, plastic in mare parte...dar la bugetul lui este o mașină superbă, dar e cam greu de comparat o mașină de lux cu una de buget.
Acum ca au bagat si motorul de 1.3 150cp...se mai schimba treaba. Dar oricum....comparatia e cam dusa spre extrem. Poate ca nu are materiale de lux si nu prinde 250 si etc, dar cel putin pentru drumurile noastre Dusterul e perfect.

Nu uitati ca dusterul " masina de offroad" este facut dintr o tabla romaneasca de proasta calitate , iar franele de pe spate sunt pe tambur , iar in orice video comparativ dintre masini se poate taia tractiunea integrala etc . Nu degeaba un duster nou costa 20k euro

Salut, la testul asta era interesant sa pui si consumul , greutatea, pretul , si testul sa-l faci pe zone mai dificile - oricum asa de fun ca porscheul nu e facut pt offroad
Salut, m.am gândita zone mai dificile, dar nu este de acord proprietarul Macanului. Pe bună dreptate 😁 are și bara din față destul de coborâtă, plus că și cauciucurile îl dezavantajează mult. Poate pe viitor, când o să fie zăpadă, încercăm acolo😁

Super duster
Clearly the duster is in the advantage, but the place where you test it is not yet a real offroad for me. Even a car without all-wheel drive can make it through the country. I like your videos, but look for a track that is really demanding. The Duster can do a lot more off-road. I drive my Duster in different Offroadpark and it is a lot of fun to go to the limit.
I will do that in the future, after I install AT tires and a shield to protect the sensor of the EGR. It's placed on the exhaust pipe and it's really exposed. As for this place where I filmed the duster and the Macan, well, it was something suitable for the Macan, so it won't be problems like crashing the front bumper or something else 😁

ce sens are comparatia asta ?dusterul are o anumita gama de clienti pe cand macanul alta ,eu cred ca majoritatea clientilor de suv isi folosesc mai mult masina pe asfalt decat in off road, ca iesi cand si cand la o plimbare in natura e altceva, dar sase zile din saptamana poti face pe asfalt ceea ce poate un macan? nu prea cred si nici nu prea am vazut multi cu porsche la gratar la padure, aia mananca la restaurant in varf de munte si au drumul asfaltat pana acolo, la ce-i trebuie off road?
De asta e nevoie de Crawl Control.
Oamenilor se vede clar ca se merge mai repede cu Dusterul decat Macanul si asa are avant si trece mai usor este foarte vizibil acest lucru

This gentle road isn't exactly what I would call "offroad". Any city car properly driven can get up that slope particularly if it is a front wheel drive. This is a very tame test.
