It'd be nice if Walmart would stock blu rays of new "smaller" films like yours. I think that's kind of a holdover from when there were actual DVDS you could rent everywhere, and blu rays were only considered for collectors or people who wanted to buy, not just rent a new movie that wasn't some megabudget theatrical release.

I'm speaking as a collector on a budget. As an artist myself, I feel very differently. I'll also say that most movies from the US have gone up in price. I've resorted to buying second hand a lot on Ebay which I've been against for more than two decades. I'm seeing the devaluing of Canadian currency as prices skyrocket. I don't know what the future holds. I don't have much if any faith in my government. And it looks like it's about an entire world of irresponsible people who mean to "innovate" how we live our lives. Their improvements seem to come at a direct cost to us. All that to say, my interest in what you do reflects my own projects but my budget is limited as I'm already spending most of my "Basic Universal Income" on getting myself setup to work at home. Peace and respect to you. And good luck for 2024, year of the dragon.

Yeah, what I hear is that DVDs still outsell blus in stores, so Walmart doesn’t bother unless the distributor wants to release it that way.
