We need an undrafted free agent video
Look foreward to seeing the locker room bond this year, think it's going to be fun for all. And I know they will work harder to overcome last season. And glad Jags got a Kicker💯 Thanks for all the weekend posts!
They drafted a bunch of make a wish autistic players
We got Bigger Stronger and Faster...NOW we have to hope that some of them can PLAY and make an impact on the field.
We're the new raiders
@@wesb.8153 We need Trevor to step up...if he doesnt this year in year 4 then he will just continue to be what he is...mostly mediocre...sometimes good...won't get it done at crunch time...
@@leevancleef358 i agree
Trev's like Goff or Dak tier. Could win a SB with him but never gonna carry us. He needs top talent around him for us to win imo
@@wesb.8153 Yup...I was REALLY hoping he was a Joe Burrow type...but Burrow CLEARLY better than Trevor...
WELCOME TO DUUUVAL 💪🏽 💯 🤟🏽
Now the long off-season wait begins
Correction, we tanked because we didnt have INTERIOR OL depth. Like last year, Balke had an outstanding OL prospect fall to him in Mason McCormick in the 4th and he completely ignored it. Hed rather pay IOL way past their prime top dollar instead of getting younger and cheaper at the position.
Because it’s incredibly harder to hit on Oline later than the top 20 picks of the draft
@@mrdannkyyy7754 that's tackle. The vast majority of IOL are selected in the middle rounds (i.e 2 through 4)
Mason McCormick? Really? From what conference? Against what competition? You have NEVER seen him play nor have you ever even heard of him before a month ago. You dont dont know more than NFL scouts and coaches. Guarantee McCormick is no where near as ready to play as Foster.
@@cliftongreene5318 Foster is a tackle not a guard, different positions. I'm saying they should have taken McCormick at 116 instead of Jefferson.
As an FYI on McCormick, "He scored an unofficial 9.96 #RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 7 out of 1445 OG from 1987 to 2024". Since their center was young, he also made all the line calls, which shows his intelligence and his leadership. He's going to be a high end OG or OC in a couple years, book it.
Should have traded taken up for JPJ even if had to give up next years first. He could anchored the line for 10 years. Play g or center. And in the 4rh rd Mason McCormick. No interior OL depth is a disaster waiting to happen.
I would give the jaguars a B+ grade for this draft
Go watch the Alabama OL vs LSU DL tape. The two DT from LSU got manhandled. Jefferson in the fourth maybe not bad value, but Smith in the second was a major reach. Gotta love Baalke😔
Just have to wait and see how this works out. Did draft our needs which I like in the mid to late rounds 🤞
Extra info on Number 7 he also was recruited & was a redshirt freshman with Alabama so he is worth the pick don’t be surprised if he take Bigsby spot…
If Jordan is happy I'm happy.
So we got Allen, Roy, Armstead, Trevon, Trevis, Hamilton, Maason, Jordan and Cole. Sacksonville is back baby! And Thomas will make Prince better thruout camp. Lets go~
Allen is going back to 10-12 sacks in non contract years Hamilton is garbage enjoy last place
Prince a damn demon anyways
He can improve but he a demon when he gets going
Key part of a severly underrated OM secondary
Yall will be fine
@@fate8718 ok, say that! Thas wusup
@123shoshan I admit, its cute on paper but we need to see this revamped line take the field (Big Ham will be recovered from injury and rejuvenated too, btw) but we got some dogs now.. Nothing but stopping the run game and affecting the qb regularly; on the horizon ~
Look i know we all hate Ballke but it wasnt a bad draft imo adressed alot of needs and grabbed randy moss jr
The only pick I like is BTJ I thought the rest of them were garbage
This was by far the worst baalke draft ever
So we got lsu tigers Missouri tigers and Clemson tigers on this team #superbowl bound
I'd have given a first if I had to to trade back up and get Powers Johnson or a 2 and one of the 5s I got in trading back. He is a first round talent and size wise. Instead of Jefferson should have taken Mason McCormick. Jags lack quality interior depth on the OL. Disaster waiting to happen.
My rating for this draft is C+. It could go up or down in the next 2-3 years. Go Jags!
Overall I like the draft but time will tell
The only pick I like is BTJ
@MattyzBeatz: Obviously you know nothing about BTJ, the LSU Tigers, nor any of the draft picks. If you did, you would realize Jarrion Jones SHUT DOWN Malik Nabers.
@@cliftongreene5318if I like BTJ that means I agree with the pick and honestly it was the only WR I wanted in this draft because I think he’s the only capable NFL WR #1 right away but that being said, nobody in college plays defense soooo🤷♂️ idk you do you and I’ll have my own opinion
Keep and eye out for UDFA WR Wayne Ruby Jr. We just signed him in free agency. It's gonna be very, very hard to keep this guy off the field. His college numbers are unreal and he has good size/speed. I think he will be the nail in Zay Jones coffin. I also love the UDFA signing of Josh Cephus. If his alcohol issues are behind him, he's a steal. I am just very worried about our edge rusher depth and interior O-Line depth. We basically did nothing to address these issues in the draft. Myles Cole was a wasted pick. He only had 5 sacks in 6 years and two of those sacks came against Tarleton State. Talk about unproductive. I also doubt Jordan Jefferson makes the team. That was the biggest reach of the draft by far. I had a 7th round grade on him. He wasn't even a starter until 6 weeks into the season. He's not that great against the run and he's useless as a pass rusher. Maason Smith has potential to be good. The tools are there. I love the Jarrian Jones pick too. We got the best kicker in the draft. He is extremely accurate from 40-55 yards and he never missed an extra point in college. I hated that we wasted a pick on a kick returner. Those guys can be had as UDFA's. Fix the interior O-Line. We did nothing to address that major issue and we are an injury away from having Luke Fortner back at Center. That cannot happen!
A competent GM would have drafted better
