      Dear Madam, Smart
      We do this and we protect the lions and all wild animals, especially the big cats because they are threatened with extinction, but there is the problem of overfishing and these hunters come from western countries. for example walter palmer who kill male lion , for the pleasure of hunting, not just tourism. Indeed, they pay huge sums for this, but this is not what should be done.

    • @WildlifeObsessed
      @WildlifeObsessed 3 года назад +5

      The 2 Lions are members of a coalition (possibly 3 or 4 in total) who have JUST taken-over this Territory (killed
      , injured or just chased-off) it’s previous Lions (pride males).
      The new are therefore frantically scent marking (scrapping of the ground where they have urinated), brushing their faces by & through bushes, squirting a powerful and long lasting scent from a gland just beneath their tails, and, of course, roaring as loudly as they can. The deeper and louder the roar, the bigger they seem. Also the more the merrier. Another Lion , or a Coalition of fewer, will not countenance launching a challenge.

Still he could have been attacked but confidence makes huge difference in these situations, just like in our lives.

If the dad meets them in his territory after, they are killed or their spine broken which they usually die from because of lack of food.

    This was not a takeover but a nomadic male bonding with his former pride and his father allowing it because a fight would prove nothing if all he wanted to do was bond. A lions roar is more than just a challenge. It's the equivalent of a cats hiss of when a male cat meows when in heat. He was letting his dad know he was coming and that he's big so don't attack. That's it and that's all. Dad established the boundaries so the son was allowed to return. Now if he had uncles it would be a different story, they may not accept him. Depends on how he smells.

    It was a friendly take over.It rather looks they They´re cousins or brothers s returnening to their pride after a few days off.When they are nomad lions first thing they do is start killing the cubs and older male lions.

    Really, you could not filter out engine noise right in the middle of your video

      Is that possible to do, you can edit out the engine noise? That would be fantastic. I was thinking electric jeeps would be perfect here, but then I got to thinking they drive thru streams, mud, rain & what-not. Electric jeeps may not be practical for safari in Africa..

    That is not his son they are brothers or they hooked up as nomads when they were younger a father kicks his son's out long before they get that big because I know what you're talking about

      Not true father and sons often form a coalition. Do a little research before criticism.

      @@tyrone4u559 "often" is not the correct phrase here. It rarely happens. When it does, there is always extenuating circumstances. Like Notch lost his brother and pride and reunited with his sons by chance and they stuck together to their mutual benefit.
