I am so proud of Ncila, he is one of the most resilient Lions I have ever seen. Soon he can challenge for dominance again. Mandevu looking like an absolute King as always. I hope Lambile is okay and doing well. There was a time when these boys were a coalition of four. This was a great update, I am excited to see the next one.

Phoenix,he really went thru lot (buffalo throwing him in the air,mainge at young age (sadly that killed him at the end),2 times brothers saved him from almost certain death ,he knew no fear of fighting other lions no matter 1 vs.4, just like true Mapogo)..

We knew this day would come. With Nchile having to fight so hard this past year just to get close to the pride and his brothers!! I hope for the best for this coalition!! They need each other right now. I would love to see them for a long time over the Mbiri pride!! Ncile is a strong and powerful male and has dealt with so much it would be nice to see him back on top again!!

Mandevu is nervous cause he probably remembers all those times Ncila beat him up as cubs and sub adults before the snare messed Ncila up.
Excellent sighting and narration. This humorously looks like a game of Musical Chairs. Ncile has been through tough times and has been a good leader. He deserves the opportunity to mate, as does Lambile.

Indeed,he is smart one and was waiting to recover and get his weight back before he tries to do anything.I love Ncile he is fighter and he was dominant one so....he is just taking his place back.
I think that first some time will need to pass where he is FULLY accepted by Mandevu AND the lionesses don't growl and fully accept him. Then he could make a play for being dominant if he chooses. This video shows a HUGE step to the pride fully accepting him, but he's not quite there 100% yet.
It's smarter for him to wait for full acceptance for a time and continue getting back his full weight and strength. It's OK if he's never the dominant male again, as long as he is healthy and happy! I'm so thankful he made it through such tough times and just want to see him fully thriving and accepted again! He is certainly getting there. 😊

When did Ncile lose part of his tail? Looks healed, though. But he has a fresh bite mark near the top of the tail besides scratches on his face. Seems it's still tough for him. Mandevu looks great.

The miracle has worked, N'cila is now pretty close to what he used to be a year ago. Not yet may be the dominant male but approaching the level where he can challenge Mandevu and I wish share the dominance with 🤞.
I am just worried about Lambile, how is he, what is going on with him... please let us know. Would be great to see the trio reunited as confrontations might come sooner than wished. Bless them and the rest of the pride. 🤞🙏

Yeah, that's what I like about lions...their actions and demeanor are so similar to my house cats! I love knowing my house cats have a bit of lion in them. Ncile is also similar to a regular cat in the fact that like when he (Ncile) was rebuffed by his pride, he didn't give up. Like a regular house cat, Ncile just didn't give up & slowly but surely works his way into the hearts of his pride. Just so wonderful to watch.
@@kimmuckenfuss2284 They are social animals and you will see on lots of examples,lions are Kings and Queens just because they never give up no matter how hard it is...Lions heart 💓🔝🦁👑.

Question: do the lions think your vehicle is just an odd looking creature that they don't hunt and thus don't pay any attention to or do the vehicles occassionally get attacked? EG; the great white shark will bite something they're not familiar with, like a boat or a person, just to feel out what it is. Do lions do anything similar to that? Excellent footage and great video btw. Very high caliber stuff; loved it.

U have to remember ncile was the leader and dominant one before he was injured last year, so it’s not surprising that once he feels like his old self again that he would lay down a challenge to mandevu for his spot back
They just have to be patient and hope the dominant male receives an injury the tables could turn...You just never no that’s what makes it so interesting aye ❤
