Is it good for a coffee business
Nice presentation 👏
Thank you!
I’m really confused what to get this or the matrix de please advice thanks a lot for your deeply information
I think they're basically the same besides the fancy glowy side panel bits.
How dependable is the volumetric control on this machine? Can I expect consistent shots using the same beans and grind settings over weeks, or is there significant variation?
Day to day, it's pretty accurate as far as flow meters go, but since your coffee changes as it ages and offgases as it gets older, you will have to reprogram the volumterics week to week.
Does the pre-infusion work without a waterline attached?
Yes!
please review the eureka grinder you have on the counter 😊
Check it out!clivecoffee.com/products/lucca-atom-75-espresso-grinder
What grinder is next to it?
That is our LUCCA Atom 75 by Eureka: clivecoffee.com/products/lucca-atom-75-espresso-grinder
Are there any other machines that use this group head?
The BZ10 by Bezzera. This is a grouphead made by Bezzera so it's only on Bezzera machines.
Can pressure profiles be programmed?
You can't pressure profile on the Duo DE but you use and save pre-infusion and shots by volume.
@@clivecoffee what is the difference between MN and DE models of Bezzera Duo ?
@@Kats072307 only the 5 buttons at the top. Nice feature though.
@@Kats072307 One has the Bezzera group, and the other is a more traditional E61, Like they mentioned, you get programmable pre-infusion settings, volumetric dosing and there's a heater in the group for the Bezzera type, so faster heat up time and maybe better temperature stability, no mechanical lever to activate the brewing which on some E61 machines usually need to be relubricated after backflushing with detergent, so that should have less maintenance with an electronic button instead.
Also the Bezzera group has an LED light that lights up your shot :)
So there are some good benefits to that version.
The E61 type can accept the flow control mod, and may have more commonly available and likely cheaper parts if anything needs replacing.
@@BensCoffeeRants I have mixed feelings on this one.... I've had it for over a year now and works really nice; however, I recently bought some bottomless portafilters for the E61 group just to realize the DE has a special E61 so only their portafilter would work which sucks really
Were you aware you have the wrong video for this on your web site? It's referring to the mn model.
We were not. Thanks for catching that! Correcting it now.
What's teh warm-up time on this machine?
Supposed to be like 10 or 15 mins I think, faster than an E61 anyway.
It faster than it is just ready for action in a few minutes , but keep in mind that readiness and full temperature stability are not the same thing.
I'm pretty certain the text for the buttons in your video is wrong...? It's actually supposed to be SINGLE, RISTRETTO, DOUBLE, LUNGO. In that order right? Please correct me if I'm wrong. If so, I've been using this machine wrong the whole time haha.
The cool thing is that these buttons can be programmed for whatever you want, so you're not using the machine incorrectly at all.
Wow only 10.5” deep? That’s insane
Yes, that info is wrong. It is 18.5“ deep.
@@bl00me18 Thank you for catching that typo. Yes, the Bezzera duo is 18.5" deep.
@@bl00me18 Oh, I imagine. Because it is super small. Thanks for the info tho.
Bezzera has very good value for money , it's certainly not the best but it's close enough
What is the best brand you like? Thanks!
@@jettav88 I'd like a profitec pro 800 or a la marzocco leva
@@rinky_dinky thank you
@@rinky_dinky are'nt the ECM Technika or Synchronica even better than that. ECM seems to me to be the "better twin" - made by the same company as Profitec. BUT NEITHER ECM or Profitec are able to pull shots with VOLUME control... as the Bezzera can. I really like this... so when I'm adjusting my grind, I can be sure to get the right ratio, instead of wasting shots dialing the machine in to a new bean.
Just an FYI but Bezzera actually manufacture parts for other companies, one of them being Profitec/ECM!
20 Amps is the standard for kitchen electrical circuits in the US. The 20A requirement won’t be a problem unless your electrical is many decades old.
Help, My Orchestrale Espresso machine keeps blowing fuses, my home is 20 amps, but it maybe needs to be updated. it happened after a few months of flawless operation. Pro Tech says it's fine in his environment when checked. Help!
We have 15 amp plugs but the wiring and breakers for our kitchen in 20 amp. Check you wires and circuit breakers and you might find you actually are setup for 20 amp service, just need to swap the outlet.
