Stuart ... What happens to an order when it has in-stock items and backorder items ? Does your order ship with the in-stock items and then the rest of your order ships later when the backorder items become available ? ... Or is the whole order placed on hold until everything is in-stock and then your order ships ?

I did shop on the old EU site and never had any issues with HK - so I'm not a disgruntled Hobbyking customer in any way... But... This is rubbish... it appears to be close to what some people would label a scam.
I have tracked several items over a long time in the new EU warehouse - and the estimated ETA's keeps slipping or worse, change to "no ETA". I have contacted HK about this and other things... like what is the legal entity I trade with... e.g. EU VAT number, name and address. I have not been able to get clear answers... Hobbyking, you have to do better than that...

Hi Stuart. What the hells happening with the UK warehouse? After your announcement of it re opening, I and a few friends ordered products on backorder and still processing. I Ordered the Gladiator and my friends, batteries. Is there a physical UK depot with a collection counter like before?
Hello, there was a small delay with the containers but backorders are being sent out now as the containers have started to arrive so you should see movement on your order already or if not then soon.
Appreciate the reply. After I chased it with HK CS, their reply made little sense but said my order had been escalated to "their" (EU, HK???) warehouse and will be processed very soon. A week on and, Still Processing.@@HobbyKingOfficial

So thats really nice BUT when will there finally be a full EU-Warehouse store again? I never liked to pay Money for Items which not exist....

I would like to mention a few words like: Chinese wages, Chinese taxes, Chinese production costs...
If you have European prices, then I can also buy from the local model shop, without any problems with warranty cases!
