The only Concorde certified for fighter-style aerobatics. This is an incredible model! And as a pilot it never ceases to amaze me how these aircraft are flown by someone from a static position on the ground. Well done!
I flew on a BA Concorde from Heathrow to JFK New York in 1995. The aircraft pulled up right outside the BA VIP lounge so boarding through the skybridge couldn't have been easier. The acceleration on take-off was fantastic given the steep angle of ascent. When the afterburners were re-lit in pairs over the Bristol channel I could feel two nudges of acceleration at 700mph on our way to twice the speed of sound. The rest of the flight was without after-burning and incredibly smooth at 58,000 feet. In those days I could visit the cockpit as an enthusiastic passenger, which I did twice. For the only time in my life I witnessed the sun rise in the West as we travelled faster than the rotation of the earth. Only about half of the 100 passenger seats were occupied, mostly with regular travellers who took it all in their stride and worked on laptops. I had an empty seat next to me and the flight attendants seemed happy to have an excited newbie to look after. China plates, silver service, Winston Churchill reserve Pol Roger champagne all the way. 3 hours 25 minutes London to New York. A stewardess even gifted me an unopened bottle of Pol Roger as I exited the plane. What a day that was! Unfortunately the experience was never to be repeated.
I'm in tears just magical, I flew on Concorde on a one-day trip Christmas Day 1997, no expense spared, a wonderful day out, the best of all one-day trips. How they built this is staggering and the sound is so right. So so missed. I also went into the cockpit as you could before 9/11. On my way to work she used to fly over me, so many times I nearly crashed looking up at her and not the road. She should never have been cancelled.

You have really no idea as to the amount of money required to even get a working plane of Concordes stature into flying shape, let alone the certifications and maintenance, were talking 9 figure sums of money. Better off helping people who can't eat.
Still worth it. There's enough food already for people to eat, the problem is the parents not buying food with their money and making poor life choices.
@@gupndorswhirl I agree it’s not an either/or and we’d be perfectly capable of feeding everybody & built planes at the same time, blaming poverty on “poor life choices” is incredibly callous and ignorant.

Omg! The sound of the engines! I could listen to that sound all day long. Magnificent aircraft. And impeccable landing. A delta wing aircraft has to land at a higher speed than a conventional wing. Making this much more difficult for the RC controller, who did a fantastic job.
I am also applauding from my seat. What a piece of art ! And as majestic as the 1:1 one. This sleekest line, entirely designed for speed in beauty and style. The sound and the glowing air are also here. And the piloting skills ! Standing ovation👏👏👏👏🔝
Now - that IS impressive!
Concorde really was the most beautiful plane I've ever seen.
SR-71
@@PerryPapanier Nope, remarkable though it is, the SR71 ain't even close aesthetically.
@sureshot8399 I seen both in person n the SR-71 is unbelievable looking for something that was designed over 60 years ago.
@@sureshot8399 Functionally, the SR 71 is brilliant. It's incredibly futuristic. Aesthetically, It's a fair way behind Concorde.
The Concorde looks silly when the nose is down though during taxi.
I’m in awe of the person remote flying that fabulous scale model Concorde. The delta wing from the shows I’ve watched is easier to fly at high speed than low and my god does the controller do a brilliant job. That silhouette will never be anything other than awesome. Well done 👍🏼
Fantastic! Can't even begin to imagine how much time and effort went into building that!
Great video - Iconic British Aircraft with a Metallica theme tune - what's not to love!
Thank you very much 🔥
Wonder how much it cost ?
OK - this was COOL as heck!!!!! WOW!!!! And a little Metallica playing in the background for some music pleasure!
The only thing i can say is its the real Concorde made to look like an RC model. Never have i seen such a big scale of this Aircraft. It sounds and flies just like its real.Thats a wonderful tribute to the real Concorde. Extremely superb model.👍🇭🇲🦘🐨✌️
Wie schön! Da fliegt sie wieder, das schönste Verkehrflugzeug der Welt. Gratulation an die Erbauer.
What an achievement and what a beautiful looking aircraft, I find it incredible that someone can make something so beautiful, and how well everything works!
A big and well-deserved digital applause is at least in order along this road. 👏
That was the single best RC video I’ve ever seen. The model is amazing, the airmanship was so clean and what a great site he put on! Very nice!
The Concorde will be forever the greatest glory of experimental aviation. Well done
This thing is absolutely incredible. It sounds like an actual jetliner on flyover.
That’s because it uses real miniature jet engines.
Jaw dropping!! Incredible on so many levels. Congratulations to all involved.
Snoot drooping, even
@@fiction402that’s what I’m sayin
The amount of effort, patience, time, willpower, dedication, money, pride, and passion that go into building these hyper realistic models is unfathomable.
The risk factor associated is just insane. Hats off!
This is absolutely unbelievable ! Well done to you people that made this possible.
Can someone start a campaign to bring back concorde to our skies. We all know it would be expensive but it would be worth every penny. Nothing in the sky today even comes close. Fabulous model and wonderful to watch!
Where there's a will there's a way.
Concorde would be viable now with people having more disposable income and willing to spend on unforgettable experiences.
👏👍😲 Incredibile!! È perfetto!! Anche il rombo è perfetto!! A questo punto tantissimi Complimenti ai costruttori!!
That's incredible, well done to the team who designed and operate this beautiful model aeroplane!!
A thing of beauty. To see that perfect shape in the sky again. ♥
sigh........................................................................
What a beautiful build top knotch and the guy flying is is unreal
Massively appreciate what these guy's have done here! Amazing work 👏🏻
Well done to everyone involved as well as the brilliant camera man 🇬🇧
Absolutely beautiful. I used to see Concorde twice a day over my house and saw the last 3 Concordes come in over London. What a beautiful model and exceptionally well flown. Well done you guys. ❤
Fantastic, jaw dropping in achievment, flight, engineering , build , bravery, looks, where do you start having decided what you want to do? Beautiful and incredible.
Absolutely Incredible! When I was young this could only exist in dreams. 🤩
amazing RC model. I can't imagine the amount of hours spent to build this wonderful plane and hours to prepare this demonstration. Congratulations
Superb. Fortunate to have flown in the real thing, this brings back great memories and almost a tear to the eye. Congratulations to the builders and the pilot.
OUTSTANDING. 11/10 and 12/10 for the handling.
Сколько труда было вложено.Просто молодцы!Класс однозначно!
I would like to see the build sequence of events and the design process of producing this magnificent model. This is amazing.
Absolutely incredibly amazing. This is such a piece of highly skilled masterwork. Unbelievable! The Concorde is back I'd say. 👏👏
Великолепная модель! Великолепное пилотирование!
Simply incredible and a stunning tribute to the real Concorde and all involved 😎
That was amazing, great flying, very entertaining. Great job all around.
This is a wonderful video. I had a friend that worked at British Airways at Logan International Airport in Boston. I was able to view the Concorde the only time it was allowed to land here. They were dropping off the Rider
Cup golf team. I took a shot with my then film camera as it came in for a landing. It was an incredible sight to see and a beautiful piece of aviation marvel. Thank you for sharing this video.
Looks beautiful flies beautiful and sounds beautiful! Best Concorde model I have ever seen!❤️
This is nothing short of spectacular! Absolutely amazing achievement! ❤
You guys outdid yourselves here! Great job! A tribute to my old diecast model Concorde airplane. This plane gives me so much nostalgia these days. I remember being a kid, in the 90s and early 2000s, seeing this and being amazed at how it looked and how fast it went. Again, great work! 👌❤️
Jeez... There are full scale kit planes a quarter the size of that thing!
Truly amazing.
Always love these guys and this plane, but the flying style is killing me. Seeing that plane doing a loop had me standing on my armchair 😊. I have seen so many big jet models brake in half or loose a wing flying like that and since this is the only one on RUclips I would hate to see it crash. However hats off to the crew and thanks for the video.
Great pilot and plane.
Perfect landing. 🎉
The best RC plane and the best landing !
Nailed that landing and some pretty nifty flying too.. Well done
This is a monster you don't want to crash. Stunning. 1 minute of jet powerful flight time and I think I'd run out of money !!!!
I remember seeing the real Concorde back in the 80's and it was incredible. It was a look at the future that ended too quickly.
Bro great flight and amazing plane, its massive and so scale looking its a thing of beauty is that 🤘🤙
Прекрасная работа. Надеюсь у нас тоже найдутся энтузиасты и сделают крупноразмерную модель модель ту 144.
Beautiful! Concord without the “e”, British colours, flown by Germans! It’s just a shame the real “Speedbird 1” didn’t roll at Mach 2 over the Atlantic and on its way to New York..
Pretty damn cool piece of RC kit.
I think the main reason Concorde didn't roll at Mach 2 was because they didn't want the passengers to spill their champagne.
@@nigeldepledge3790 It did do a barrel roll. Two actually. French test pilot Jean Franch performed the maneuver during testing. After performing the roll, he turned to his British co-pilot, Brian Walpole and said, 'Your turn.' You can Google Brian Walpole and hear about it.
Parabéns a todos os envolvidos no projeto.
Simplesmente show 👏👏👏🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
