    I love this shawl. I am crocheting myself a shawl to wear to the opera, but not so fancy that I couldn't wear it casually. Keep up these wonderful videos.

    Making this for my little girl who will be having brain surgery soon. I want her wrapped in my love. This looks like it’ll take quite a while but the ease of it can’t be beat. ❤

    I look forward to trying this. I like that it is rectangular in shape. Perfect for a beginner project. I want to try making a shawl but not ready for the triangle shape. Now the fun part picking out the yarn color and getting started!

      Oh my I love this stitch! If you can sc and dc you can do this. It's super easy. I love that it has a complicated look too it but it's not at all. I think I will use this for a blanket stitch too.

    That Chloe pink and gray yarn is gorgeous. It has been so long since I did crochet or knitting I only had a couple of yarns in my house. I started two projects when I found your videos but the yarn was not good for the projects I picked. I have baby blanket yarn 2 skeins and 2 skeins of a thinner yarn. Thanks for these videos, I will wait till I candy buy enough yarn for this one.

    Hi Crystal. I’ve been watching crochet videos for a couple of months now and haven’t been able to get it, but this one broke through the barriers in my head. I think I finally get it. I’m going to do this one for my first project. I’m so excited!!!

    Hi Crystal I just wanted to thank you for all the wonderful tutorials. I am making this shawl right now and I am using Wyand brand Ferris wheel yarn now it says that it’s a four white but it looks more like a three white to me so I hope hope this turns out good I am very very new to crochet I’ve been doing it for maybe three weeks now and I’m addicted. And I have you to thank for that for years I couldn’t grasp how to crochet and your videos broke through the barrier for me so thank you for that

    This is a beautiful easy pattern. I did have to keep counting stitches to make sure I didn't increase or decrease by accident, one of my common mistakes. Made a nice warm shawl using 4wt yarns from stash and a 6.5mm hook. I think I will make another with 3wt yarn, I like the size of the shaw but for me, I'd like it to be a little lighter weight. Thank you again for another wonderful pattern!

      susan lentz it's very easy to do. it's actually easier to do then knitting, which I do as well, and weave.. Start with something small and easy, like a wash cloth or pot holder and you are on your way!!

    • @lightburner8567
      @lightburner8567 5 лет назад

      Susan... You REALLY should start crocheting coz, once you'll start, you'll be hooked! 😆😆😆 Sorry for the pun! 😆😆😆 It's super easy to learn, way easier than knitting, and you'll see results right away (contrary to knitting, which takes forever to see any type of of design forming)... The stitches are also really easy to learn... You're gonna love it!!! 👍😄😄😄
