    Ingredients and recipe:
    - Warm water 200 ml
    - Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
    - Sugar 2 tbsp.
    1. Mix with a whisk
    - Vegetable oil 110 ml
    - Egg 1 pc.
    - Yogurt 110 ml
    - Salt 1 tsp.
    2. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved
    - All-purpose wheat flour 630 - 680 g (add in parts)
    3. Stir with a spatula
    4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
    5. Place on the table and knead the dough for 5-6 minutes
    6. Watch the video until the end so as not to miss important points
    7. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
    8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
    9. Cover with a towel and leave for 50-55 minutes
    10. The dough turned out like a cloud, what beauty!

    13. Divide the dough into two equal parts
