Well done yr demonstration. See u do like very easy but on land my legs are very stiff n difficult to blend. But when I was in actual swimming, I imagined I am a frog 🐸 n swim naturally n feel gd. As long my knee cap don't forward to the stomach then it is correct techniques. Looking forward to watch yr videos again. 😅❤
