I’m not sure what I Love most, the video or your awesome reaction to it. Thank you for supporting our military. 🇺🇸. My son is currently serving in the US Airforce so this video hits really close to home. So proud of all our Military! 💕🇺🇸🇺🇸
It's my pleasure
Thank you and your family for their service! It's appreciated more than you know. God bless 🇺🇲
☠☠☠☠ he made me pumped.
"Slipped the surly bonds of Earth" and "touched the face of God" are from a poem written by a Royal Canadian Air Force pilot named John Gillespie Magee. I really like that they quoted from his poem for the Air Force's version of the Warrior Song.
Really. I must read that
That was also the quote President Ronald Reagan said during the memorial for the Space Shuttle Challenger that exploded while going into space.
@@itscrazyal That's what I thought he was quoting, but then, I'm old enough to remember that address.
The poem title is 'High Flight.'
The poems title is 'High Flight.'
"Here in the air
Where the lead won't lie
And the graves I dig
Are a mile wide."
Absolute most kick ass lyrics ever written.
Signed,
A US Army vet
I plan to join the US Air Force, if push comes to shove, I will fight to aid any branch, because we fight as brothers, no matter the branch (even if Air Force loves Army guys better because they aren’t going into a heated zone- from my Marine dad)
@@Stryker_1 the Air Force loves the Army cuz the Air Force used to be a department of the Army just like the Corps calls the Navy daddy.
your wrong its objectively
THE KILLING MECHINE"S COMIN OUT TO FEED ON THE LEAD AND the FIRE And THE GASOLINE
from aquilus natus
Fun fact, the c-130 that used its flares in the video, could of been part of the Angel Flight service, it brings those home that have made the ultimate sacrifice. They are flown to bases where they are then taken care with all due honors and respect.
Most of the time they come to beautiful Dover, as well.
LOL...That was AWESOME!!! Love how you love our Military!!!
😄
Our Air Force doesn't get enough credit for the hell they rain down on the enemy!
#NoMoreTalkingLetsGo
#VeteransBattleStillRages
Thanks Richard
It does, its just that you aren't looking for it. Ever heard of R/noncredibledefense?
I think one could argue that if you have to "look for it" then they're not getting their due recognition. And no - I actively avoid reddit at all costs.
My dad served in Japan during the Occupation after WWII in 1945, loaded and unloaded bombs from the planes. He was a member of the Army Air Force (AAF). On September 26, 1947 by order of the Secretary of defense, all personnel of the AAF were transferred to the new United States Air Force (USAF). Just a bit of history.
Thanks Carla
That is awesome to know! My Dad served in the Pacific in the Navy during WWII. I feel like the Pacific warriors have a special bond. God bless you and your Dad. #No more talkin, let's go # veterans battle still rages.
I’ve posted this before but this reminds me of one of my USMC Daddy (RIP) favorite sayings (there are many variations):
US Military: “We’re not God, but by God and with His help, we’ll be bringing the SMITE.”
As a young recruit this had me VERY motivated the day before I left. All these years later, it *STILL* motivates this Airman today!
My dad was a colonel served in Vietnam and is buried in Arlington along with my mother...off we go into the wild blue yonder off we go to save the day
💙
My son Michael wasin the Air Force for10 years..so proud of him..he was in the Honor Guard..sadly he has been battling cancer for the past 5 years..please keep him in your prayers...Thank you..🇺🇸💕
never heard that one before; its badass
It is unreal
I really miss the Air Force. Keep debating getting back in shape and reenlisting.
In the Marines my unit was “killed” in a war game by an F-15.. never heard him coming.. you’re just “dead”. He took us out. Scared the shit out of us. I pity the enemy on the battlefield, they don’t know what they’re up against! God Bless my Air Force brethren!
Again...well done my friend! It appears you may have caught our fever.
I think I already had it 🤣
I love your reactions to our military
Thank you very much
@@TheDonsChannel you’re very welcome
It's nice to know, I was turning a wrench to support our Pilots. 2 and 1/2 years on a nuclear target. every Pilot needed 48 people to support them.
Bless your sweet little heart, I kept expecting you to hop up and start dancing. Your joy is wonderful.
I served in the USAF from 73/77. I am a proud airman. My sister served in the Navy, we love our country.
Thanks for your service Teresa
Awesome. I love all these songs from different branches.
Thanks Don
My pleasure Linda
#nomoretalkin'letsgo Dad, veteran of both the Korean and Vietnam wars and retired USAF. I grew up around all this kind of stuff. If you get to America one place you may want to visit is The National Museum of the U.S. Air Force located at Old Wright Field outside Dayton Ohio. If you like Aircraft you will be Mind Blown, and it's Free. FYI, Ohio produced both the first to achieve heavier than air flight and first to Walk on another planet.
Sounds fantastic. I would love to see that
Titus, my Dad is also a veteran of the Korean war and served three times in Vietnam, all on a destroyer. He also was CO on the USS Gurke (his fondest memories were on the Gurke). Also CO on two aircraft carriers. I know I am bragging on him. He passed in 2015 and I miss him so much.
@@triciamills1799 Thanks for his service . I was an enlisted sailor on a DDG and a CG from 1985 to 1995. I'm sure he was a good Naval Officer .
@@victorwaddell6530 No better or different than the enlisted men he served with. He said that himself. He was a very honorable man, husband and father, son and friend. He always said his best memories of the Navy were serving with the "tin can sailors" on destroyers. We had men of all ranks at our homes while growing up. Thank you for your service also! God bless America!
@@victorwaddell6530 #2--There is a website, USS Gurke.org where you can see him in the Captains Log. He looks like a meanie, but he was a softie. Check out the cruise album from 1966. His nickname was "Hot Rod Joe (Wilson). There are a few pics of him, one judging a mustache contest he started!
Loved this video! And your reactions are the best! You must be home alone 🤣! Enjoy your time off to the fullest!!! ❤️🇺🇸✌🏻😄🇺🇸
🤣🤣. I wasn't. The girls were with me
@@TheDonsChannel that is even funnier!! I can only imagine what it is like there when you get riled up!! So funny! You have a wonderful personality and humor!🙏🏻✌🏻🇺🇸😁

Love your reactions to these songs! Thank you!
My pleasure
My squadron was right next to the 391st but that pic was before my time. This was fun. It makes blue suiters look cool. It was always fun to feel the power of the B-1 taking off or to run out the door to see the A-10's when you hear that quiet whine.
Thanks for the story Ruth
I used to live in Tye, Texas, just off the flight line of Dyess AFB. When the B-1b' would do high power takeoffs, they'd sometimes shake the lightbulbs loose in the house!
#VeteransBattleStillRages so very TRUE. Thank you for what you are doing.
My pleasure Cindy
You're AWESOME! Lots of love from across the pond❣
Thank you very much
# no more talking, Let's gooo! GO AIR FORCE! Just love your reactions to the United States Military! 🇺🇸 p.s. I'm a bit bias being an American 🇺🇲
Nothing wrong with that
GET SOME!!!!!! Love the reaction. Love the USAF !!
Thank you very much
Ware Leviathan.
Definitely looking forward to that reaction.
Go Navy !
Your best reaction ever!!!
Wow. Thank you. I really enjoyed
The line "I was forged in WW2" made me a bit proud. My great uncle was killed over Germany. He was a bomber pilot. His squadron was called Hell's Angels and his bomber's nickname was Flak Wolf.
I absolutely loved that bit
@@TheDonsChannel Ya. Grandpa served in Patton's 3rd Army as a Corpral and his older brother was a 2nd Lieutenant and flew a B-17. It was his 40th mission when he got killed.
I enjoyed your reaction to this video more than the video itself. I know how you feel! I served with the US Air Force Security Forces and the Office of Special Investigations (OSI). The morale of everyone I worked with was incredibly high. God help anyone who takes on the Air Force. No... better said... God damn anyone who takes on the US Air Force. And if God doesn't damn them, I am quite sure the US Air Force will.
Thanks Jen
Thanks Ken
My family has always been military. My father was Navy for wwii and Air Force for Korea and Vietnam. My older brother went AF and I went Navy. What's happening in my country now breaks my heart. I'm also southern and grew up with listening to Ray Stevens, Jim Stafford, Roy Clark, Jerry Reed, Charlie Pride and many other phenomenal Musicians. Love your channel. Keep up the good work.
My husband spent 20 years in the Air Force. He went to Vietnam twice. His father was a WWII fighter pilot. I met my husband when I was in the Air Force. I was an Aero Space Ground Equipment Mechanic. I worked on the ground equipment needed for the planes. I miss my husband. He passed away 11 years ago.
Loved watching your reaction to this video. It is nice to see someone that appreciates this great country. My daughter is a active 20 year AF Lt Col who was in Afghanistan ( ca 2005/ 2006 ) a few years after she commissioned in . Thankfully, she was in the medical field and stayed on the base hospital & wasn’t allowed to leave the perimeter of base. One day she was out walking around the base and came to the area where the black hawks were kept. There were a few pilots standing around as she was admiring them & one pilot ask her if she wanted to go up. Of course they both knew she could not leave the base perimeter but he said no problem climb in. That kind black hawk pilot flew her around while staying within base limits. Needless to say she was very honored & impressed with the machine. I think that was the highlight of her 3 month Afghan tour. I’m proud of her & her career achievements, but begging her to retire now that she has 20 years in. Unfortunately, she’s still wanting more, I guess you could say she has USAF running through her veins and will not quit until she makes full Bird Col. BTW, this was the first time I have ever seen this video or heard the warrior song. I’m very impressed, God did bless America with all of our great military branches making it possible in helping be the gate keeper for peace & freedom worldwide.
Absolutely love your enthusiasm and energy!

finaly someone who knows what a reaction video should be like. so manny just make commentarys. love that.
"I've been to Hell, and I'm back for more!" is an awesome line! There's so many great ones in these songs.
The line: I am the Eagle, I am death from above. Will always give me chills, in a good way though.
RUclipsr reacts to arguably the best of the warrior songs,
Everybody liked that.
For the US Air Force...just having a 7.5 week basic training....we do alright producing combat rescue (PJs), combat controllers, combat survival instructors, Tactical Control Air Parties, 24th Special Tactics squadron, combat weathermen, load masters, inflight refueling, flight engineers, special security teams guarding nuclear missile sites, etc.,etc., etc...Retired USAF flatbelly MSgt...24 years. It's all good ! And we are just 77 years old !
Nice to see you are saving the best for last the Navy's Leviathan version! Lol I love all of these to be honest no matter the branch they represent.
😄. Should be outstanding. I might need to bolt my desk down or there's a good chance it will get launched across the room 🤣
I love your reactions as much as the video's! 😄 you are awesome! Thanks for your support & love our U.S. military! My brother is a col. In U.S.A.F & flies C130. Have told him about your channel! Love your channel..keep em coming!

Love your reaction and your love of our military!
😁
I felt all the same emotions the first time I heard this - made me wanna go back to the recruiter and reenlist all over again (and I'm still currently enlisted lol).
I enjoy your reaction to watching that video. I'd never heard that song before. But I loved it. I love and support our military. You can tell you are a military guy from your reactions.
My great grandpa named Harold Arthur Stuemke was a tail gunner in WW2 with 70+ confirmed missions,he finished his schooling for the air corp in 1943 and was rewarded a medal on may 4th 1944(I sadly don’t know which one) and died 44 years later on may 4 1988.night GG where ever you are
I had a hard time watching the video he was reacting to, I was enjoying watching him too much. He got so hyped 😆
Great piece of music..
I love it
My son serves in USAF. Thank you!
My pleasure
Thank you so much my dad was in the Air Force 73 Korat Thailand and my ex husband is a Marine 91 Desert Storm and also thank you for your service as well. ❤🇺🇲
To Scottish Guy and all the Brits who read this. I had the pleasure of being stationed in the UK, and I worked side by side with a number of Her Majesty's armed forces personnel. And speaking for US military personnel, and the people of this country. We place the British armed forces in the same category. They are more than capable. And speaking for this family. My son is a USAF Combat controller. These guys are some of the most elite special operators on the planet. I'm an American, but his mother is Welsh. And our family in the UK had more than a little to do with how he turned out. My point, the Brits contribute to the American armed forces in ways some could never even imagine.
Love it! #nomoretalkingletsgo #veteransbattlestillrages 🇺🇸👍💗

Awesome episode as usual!! Keep em coming!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you Teresa
Being an Air Force Brat. I am reminded of my supreme pride in our military 🇺🇸
Great video and awesome reaction! Don't get down, Doug! I wonder if youtube is limiting views on your channel, or limiting who can see it? You love America and believe me that is highly unpopular right now, so they will try and silence you. Just keep fighting because we are all here for you. Just like the song you reviewed recently, remember, you are not the only one. We are all feeling the censorship and pressure!
I should have my letter and Peter's gift for you sent out this coming Tuesday. Peter was USAF, so hopefully, that will make it extra special.
Stay strong! #no more talkin' let's go #veterans battle still rages

As a pilot and an 11B this song motivates the shit out of me.
I’m 72 with some physical disabilities now but DAMN where’s the recruiting office!!!!!!!!!!

All the stuff you said while being a bit nuts, I agree. I feel the same way whenever I listen to any of their songs. Lol

It's not a song, but you might want to check out the first Medal of Honor recorded. About John Chapman. He was an Air Force forward air controller.
Yeah I have done that one. What a man!

Hey my brother I wish you would react to The Warrior's Song "Leviathan" about the Navy, I served 8 yrs in the Navy from 1984 ta 1992 I was Security & Surveillance, I spent more time on land than the water, I went thru special forces training. Charlie Daniels said it the best "WE MAY HAVE DONE A LITTLE FIGHTIN AMONGST OURSELVES BUT YOU OUTSIDE PEOPLE BETTER LEAVE US ALONE" meanin you bring terror we bring death!!!!!! Thanks my brother 👊
Thanks Rodney
Great song! Love your reaction! ❤️
Thank you very much
Great video. Thank you. #no more talking, let’s go.
Thank you very much
I love all the Warrior Songs, but having spent 22 years in the Navy (most of them on Submarines) my favorite is Leviathan, you should watch it
I love these!
So do I
Love you enthusiasm
Thanks Michael
When your saying your prayers, it looks like there is no way out, the enemy is about to overrun your position and the world starts blowing up around you, don't worry, it's probably just us. If you look up and see a dark spot in the sky don't worry, it's the RAF. If you look up and see a gray spot in the sky, don't worry it's the USAF. If you look up and see nothing in the sky, it's the enemy air force. Yours truly, The USAF.
Turn fuel to fire, let the monster roar! Yes!

Next? Warrior Song: Leviathan!
I was in the USAF and I can say the world wouldn't be the same without us
I agree
I was getting Top Gun vibes from the bells on this video
Oo Rah!!!!
I don't know why, but I get a special feeling when people from allied nations get pumped for American war music. It's almost like a "yeah I'll take a bullet for you, I already know you're appreciative" or "fuck yeah I'm going in, enjoy your retirement.", Incidentally"I'm retired the US will handle it." Is sorta what I think the UKs foreign policy is.
Edit: no disrespect to UK troops obviously, that's just what UK foreign policy feels like sometimes. I've met UK and Aussie troops, y'all are great.
Maybe it's my old age and body parts not functioning properly. I hear a slight echo maybe ears are shot from 60s music but my personal opinion is to raise the sound proof material up to the ceiling that way no sound is bouncing off the ceiling and wall causing a little echo. Keep up the good work from the place in the far corner , Washington.
I will do. Thank you
PS. It’s in town.....Don, put your seat belt on!!!!!!!!!!
