Adventure mode is something where Wes can actually be useful: See, at the end of adventure mode, SOMEONE is going to have to sit on the nightmare throne and live through that agony. Wes could be the character that you can permanently let sit there, and, considering he can't talk, he won't be able to persuade other people into entering the constant. On one side you prevent the suffering of others, and on the other, you rid yourself of a horrible character. It's a win-win!

I finally beat Adventure Mode for the first time! It only took two attempts but GOOD LORD THE MAP GENERATION WAS ATROCIOUS! For the second and third trial I was there 5 days longer than I should have been because I was missing one piece and tracing the outline of the map to see where the hell this missing bridge was. Other than that, it was a fun challenge and I’m looking forward to testing it out with the other characters
I once was playing as wolfgang and I was in chapter 5. And I found out that one of the pieces was in a separate island, connected only by a wormhole. I saw the wormhole at the beginning, but I didn't give it any importance. Then I was at the end with one piece missing, and I had to go through the entire map (incluiding some obelisks) just to find where the fuck it was.

I recently got back into playing and overthrew Wilson with Webber lmao. Fr, Webber has to be the easiest character to speedrun adventure mode with, but that didn't make it any less fun for me. I'll take a den of spiders over pigs any day. Currently playing WX-78 to see if he still holds up, or if I'm switching mains lmao
@@unlikelyspecimen244 I won. But I had to get past a killer bee field and a bunch of spider nests thrown together with obelisks near them. I had to use the monster meat to lower my sanity. I remember being close to starving, barely being able to escape the spiders, and also using the bees to aggro them. Imagine a wimpy Wolfgang surrounded by darkness with a log suit close to breaking and a miner hat, trapped between the obelisks and like 3 or 4 spider nests with angry spiders, desperately cooking the monster meat to eat it and lower the obelisks to escape. And then being chased by shadow creatures. And i'm also a Webber main.
