The unknown is always going to be uncomfortable and scary. But it’s in those moments we grow and experience the most amazing moments. My family just moved to Tennessee from Texas. Left our jobs, home, family, and friends for new start and new life. It was definitely scary, but we have been here for 2 months and have loved it. Sometimes you just need to go for it. You will be so happy you did and grateful for taking the leap. You guys are going to create some incredible memories in NC in your new home. Love you Renee.

If it's around 3 or 4 am that your waking up that can be a cortisol spike if you have a high protein snack before bed it can help with that. I've been having a collagen protein hot chocolate before bed and I'm not waking up now 😊.
