      Absolutely! A starting goalie is out there on an island and has so much more pressure on them than a guy getting 3 or 4 shifts who can kind of stay low key during a debut. Love to see it!

      @@mikepurdue7472 my dad was at the colosseum 2 of the cups they won, and many of the playoff games. Bossy trottier smith, he drops like 30 names in 10 seconds when talking about back in the day islanders, he was a huge fan. He was actually a Rangers fan prior when he was young, because there literally wasnt a Islanders team in the league until 72. He was literally a day 1 islander fan. During the 90s lmao they called the colosseum the mausoleum because of how bad they were, the ziggy palfy era that dude was sick. He also knew a couple of the ushers and would always get us better seats. Those 90s and early 2000s islanders games were some of the dopest, i also got to see Hasek play when he was on Buffalo in 99, one game buffalo didnt even start him and he was at onepoint standing somewhere near the crowd next to two european chicks just signing autographs for whoever. I like the islanders and buffalo was my second, i rooted hard for them in 99 when they made the playoffs. The Rangers i was never a fan of but the garden is probably the best place to see a game the old one specifically had a vibe to it, the new one i havent been to alot but its still good. They also tore down the OG yankee stadium, alot of people are still pissed about that.

      But regarding the quality of chances, there were plenty of high quality scoring chances and shots. But his positioning was sound all game, so he didn't need to make any crazy acrobatic saves so his performance may have no looked as great as it was.

      Josh Bailey -> 53 - 6 - 15 - 21 (0.40)
      Matt Martin -> 56 - 6 - 9 - 15 (0.27)
      Islanders have scored 164 goals... in 57 games (they are lower than 21st in the league for scoring).
      Ottawa Senators have scored 161 goals... in 53 games (the are above 21st in the league for scoring).
