Regardless of Isaiah‘s inability to show emotion there’s no justification in anybody slapping a child whether they can speak for themselves or not in excusable and I’m not sorry to say this this person should be prosecuted to the fullest. I don’t care if it’s the first offense or minor offense should never happen, not acceptable
