- A 15-year-old boy will be charged as an adult after police said he caused a deadly crash in Hialeah last month. Authorities said he was in his father’s car and out for a joyride.
His parents should also be charged. They raised a heartless slob!

The interesting thing is that people view vehicular homicide as not a big deal. Even when it's caused by an unlicensed minor who had no business being behind a wheel. He will be judged in a court of law and experience what the adult world is like because of his actions.

Given the outcome of this killer’s actions (and he did kill 2 innocent people) I don’t think I am being judgmental at all. Maybe if parents got charged every time their underage children committed a crime things may start to improve.

In the state of Florida you can have a learners permit at 15 (Not a DL) and you have to be accompanied by an adult with a valid Driver License.

The Defense Attorney's "deepest condolences" were about as genuine as his deadbeat client's lack of cognition--let alone, "contrition"-that he committed a horrendous crime where real people died.
