Can’t get a drivers license in Florida until 16…..can get a permit but have to have licensed driver with you.

Hardship drivers license is what I had at the age of 15.
You get a permit but u must be driving with an adult for certain amount of time then u get your license

I understand what he did was wrong but he’s only a kid we all made mistakes before I’m not saying he shouldn’t be punished but I think they could come up with something better then prison time .. he stayed on the scene and and I’m pretty sure the reality of his actions is starting to kick in he’s going to be haunted by this for the rest of his life
