Funnily enough, I've really wanted the OTHER "popular dark take on superheroes from Prime Video", Invincible. I think The Boys would be great, but I like Invincible a lot more, so the idea of having Omni-Man as a killer voiced by JK Simons as a killer, and Debbie as a survivor voiced by Sanda Oh, is really cool to me. There's a lot of lot of ability potential, and cosmetic potential with legendary skins and general outfits for those two. And MK1 already made a great realistic depiction of Omni-Man, so those characters could be translated into DBD's artstyle. Bonus: If a licensed legendary on a killer from a different license was possible, I think Black Noir could work well for Ghostie since they're both silent boys

Horror is such a wide term, many things can be scary so having a human thats manipulative, abusive, STRONG, fast, and cunning would fit just fine. Comedy can also fit into the horror genre. Like Chucky
a power idea i had for homelander in the past was a flight ability that acted more like an airstrike (to fit the whole american theme) where you could see bird's eye view within your terror radius and choose where to land, and some kind of passive that builds up quicker when you take away a health state from a survivor. This would unlock a ranged eye laser attack which would work similar to xeno's tail where you could change its trajectory based on where you look, but it'd have more freedom to it.

I've thought about this for a while and having a super villain or super hero turned evil in the game was always really cool to me. Like you try telling me if you saw Superman show up to the battle and think you're going to be saved but then he turns around and kills 50 innocent people in the crowd and tell me that isn't horrifying. I know I used Superman here, that's honestly because I haven't watched the boys yet but am going to soon. Superman is more familiar to me, specifically when he turns evil in the Injustice story lines. I'd love Homelander as I do think he'd be pretty scary considering he is known for doing messed up things. Also an anti hero could also work as a killer depending on the anti hero.

Power: can jump high up into the air super fast and land anywhere in the map he wants, with a decently long animation for landing to warn survivors. Has a long cooldown in between uses, like 1.5-2 minutes. His anti loop could be a laser vision shot that with a long charge up time, character noise, slower speed, and glowing red eyes. The shot can last multiple seconds as a constant beam with infinite range, and can potentially double hit survivors (ranged bubba). Laser beam does not pierce obstacles or walls, Homelander cannot move when firing the beam. Has 30 second cooldown after use. Mori 1: lasers the survivors legs off (introducing lost limbs to dbd), lifting the survivors face to his and slowly lazering their eyes in (season 1 reference) Mori 2: walks up to the survivor and crushes their head with his foot (reference to something he does a lot but it’s lame and just like nemesis) Mori 3: he picks the survivor up and flies into the sky, before body slamming them from the stratosphere, turning them into blood only (power reference and gory like The Boys) Kinda op power but there’s counter play and long cooldowns. Makes sense for homelander but could be balanced or changed
hear me out, flies them up into the air, throws them into the propeller of an oncoming airplane, then lasers the plane in two before crashing back down. imagine a survivors pov, seeing homelander grab a survivor and fly into the air, only to return empty handed
I've thought this for a long time, he's not your classic 'Horror slasher' but he perfectly fits into the role, there's no character in current media that can make you as nervous as Homelander does and I just think the idea of having a superhero hunting you down in DBD is such a fun concept, like he really feels like an unstoppable force and I could see a really interesting kit coming from him. We can all hope for 'The Supe' to be added one day. (and would love a butcher survivor)
I agree, people need to stop disrespecting Homelander, I think he's up there with great modern villains such as Art the Clown, who is another highly requested pick for DBD!
@@stalkedd I believe the disrespect comes from how mainstream superhero movies/shows have become and often people who haven't watched the show will just lump it in with the rest of them. Art is another fun pic! would work as his own killer or a legendary skin I think :)
I had the idea of giving survivors the vials of Temp V that would spawn every minute or so and give them powers for a short duration followed by negative side effects afterwards. Some would include Invisibility but followed by Exposed, Haste followed by Hindered, or map wide Aura reading followed by Oblivious and Blindness.
You don't need to have the game just be "a guy with a dark color scheme and a mask killing completely grounded survivors" to be something about horror. And DBD has still carried a lot of horror elements greatly with its last two original killers Singularity and Unknown, and with its last licensed killers of Chucky (in gameplay) and Vecna (in aesthetic)

I’d love a Jurassic Park chapter, there’s so many options for great dinosaurs! Velociraptor: It could be a packhunter like the original plan for Legion. Dilophosaurus: It could shoot a venomous projectile that temporarily blinds the survivor so a cross between Clown and Plague. Indoraptor: Its the most cunning hybrid with human DNA, could night vision or some type of pounce ability to level obstacles 🤷♂️ Carnotaurus: It was pettier in the movies but a camouflaging demon in TLW novel and just small enough to fit. The map: Isla Nublar would be incredible with the Visitor Center as the main building and raptor & Trex paddock as bonus locations, also obviously the trex is too big for a killer but maybe the trex could be a level-based hazard.
I feel like indoraptor would fit perfectly besides killers like demogorgon and xenomorph. They all kinda have a similar animalistic feel that the other dinos don’t really have.
I think the idea is cool. An evil Superman or just straight up homelander is scary. But you’re basically just copying Wesker’s power. If ur gonna make a new killer, it only really makes sense if you have a unique ability

My friends and I came up with two killer ideas: one was a spider-based killer, able to jump up onto ceilings/structures and trap survivors with webs, and a “cartoon” based one with lots of looney tunes/Tom and jerry inspired powers, my favorite being the mori where the toon pulls a rope and a piano/anvil/2 ton weight falls on you
I love The Boys but I just don't think he would fit too well personally. It's not that he isn't horror, because he's definitely a scary character, I just don't think he'd be that interesting.
Obviously, Homelander needs to have a Black Noir legendary cosmetic like in the comics. Then, for Hughie, a look from the comics too, and for Butcher, it's Joe Kessler.
I think something they could do to balance is each survivor starte with one dose of Temp V. It would give a random power. These would be one laser vision that would take Homlander out of flight and stun him, You could take on hit with invincible skin, or you could teleport and spawn in any random spot in the map. Each survivor would spawn with one dose, and the ability they get on injection is completely random. A few crates could also spawn around the map.
I saw an awesome concept for his power where he has a fury or rage mechanic. He could start off more sane only using his fist to kill. But as he gets stunned or flashed by survivors or losing chace he basically gets more pissed off and more unhinged kinda like in the show. And he would quickly get his laser vision ability and then eventually his fly abilities and stuff
I like this idea, the only thing I was sorta against was the survivor being Hughie due to Butcher being Homelander's rival and Hughie really only joined The Boys to take out A-Train originally, he doesn't really care too much for Homelander on a personal level as much as Butcher does. As for perks for those still reading, here you go! Daddy's Home: Those within a short range of the user have increased vault speed by 5%/10%/15% and recover from negative effects faster (similar to Quentin's perk Vigil) Scorched Earth: After being hooked twice or reaching their final hook stage by any means, the user receives a special item pressing the special ability button that grants them Temp V, they receive the option for a quick dash flight, laser eyes (stuns killer for 3-5 seconds), or essentially tank a free hit like dead hard, after usage, the user will be permanently broken for the remainder of the match. Diabolical: (This is just a fun meme one I thought of) The user tosses a bucket/ packet of blood that lands and releases a trail of blood and scratch marks to throw killers off the player's trail for a short while, this will recharge similar to that Pebble perk and will create a noise indicator.
I'm good with this, if only cause it means I can beat Homelander over the head with a pallet. But Butcher as a survivor calling everyone a C*nt is magic.
It would be cool if Homelander's power gave him immunity to stuns and blinds. Imagine you drop a pallet on homelander and he just dusts himself off and keeps walking towards you. Or you try to blind him and he blasts the flashlight out of your hand with his lasers.
Yes, but badass af. Homelander is supposed to be overpowered and terrifying, that’s a part of his character. So I think making him resistant to pallet stuns makes sense. I think a cool way to balance this for survivors would be to add special chests that contain compound V. Taking compound V would give the survivors one of several different powers that could be used to stun or escape Homelander. The most obvious one being super strength, imagine being able to super punch Homelander while he’s carrying a survivor and forcing him to drop it the punching him again to extend the stun giving everyone around him extra time to escape and hide. Super speed could give survivors the ability to outrun and escape Homelander or maybe even boost the survivors ability to complete generators. The Compound V would only last around 30 seconds and a limited amount would generate around the map, so survivors would have to be strategic about when and how they use it. Once the Compound V wears off the survivors would suffer a debuff such as blindness and fatigue for a few seconds before recovering, this debuff. Homelander should be OP, he should be a force to be reckoned with and surviving him should be a huge challenge, that’s what makes him terrifying, but survivors should be able to fight back and Compound V would add a really interesting dynamic to the game that shakes things up a bit. It would also be more faithful to the source material which is always a plus. These ideas would allow for both Homelander and the survivors to experience a really fun power trip
Homelander is the perfect killer for DBD. now that we have the FNAF collab confirmed, The Boys (at least in my opion) would be the next hypest liscened chapter after Friday the 13th.
Definitely works. As you were talking i did think a wesker like power would be perfect for him aswell. Also Homelander is the type of guy that would get super pissed (pun intended) at the entity for nerfing his powers and lash out at the survivors just bcs they are there. It works. It just works.
I made a concept video about this idea a few years ago. I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks he would be a great addition. I also like the idea of a Mortal Kombat chapter. I think Scorpion would be a great killer.

My only change would be to add Billy Butcher instead of Hughie, mainly because of him and Homelander's rivalry. While he'd try to manipulate his team to get the jump on Homelander normally, he wouldn't really be in that position in this case, so he'd just escape like everyone else. Players could even be lore accurate Butcher and leave some people to die (especially since he doesn't know anyone else except Homelander)
@@stalkedd This is a good point, too. However, the only reason he gets the jump on others is because of his teamwork with The Boys. Without Hughie, Frenchie, Kimiko and MM, Butcher doesn't really have a whole lot. He's the methodical planner and manipulator, and he's damn good at it, but he's not a jack of all trades sort of guy. With the temp v, however, this is a completely different story. He'd absolutely maul the other killers for sure.
Legit been saying this for so long i suggested Omni-man but i actually agree that Homelander would be a better fit. Think about it, a superhero chapter is bound to happen one day might as well capitalize on the popularity now with Homelander, unless they are banking on somehow getting someone like the Batman who laughs. Ive done a concept for Homelander some days ago If you would like to see it, Ill post it here: The Homelander Size: Tall Terror Radius: 32 meters Speed: 4,4 m/s (110%) Power: I Can Do Anything You have the abilities of god and no one can stop your power. Your power is divided by two different abilities, which you can switch up by pressing the Secondary Ability button. First Power: Heat Vision While in Heat Vision, press and hold the Power button to charge heat vision. Once its charged, press the attack button to fire a laser beam through your eyes. This laser beam have infinite range, but after going through some type of wall object once, the next time it touches a wall, it wont pass through it and will take an health state out of any Survivor it touches. This laser beam lasts 3 seconds before going on cooldown. The laser beam goes into one direction only when you start blasting it, so make sure you pointing it the right direction. Heat Vision has a cooldown of 10 seconds. Second Power: Super Flight While in Super Flight, press the attack button to prepare your power, then press the attack button to jump into the sky. While in the sky, you will have a panoramic vision of the entire map and you will have a window of 5 seconds to chose a place to land. When the Landing Area is chosen, The Homelander will instantly land on that area, but if not chosen, you will then land whenever you have your pointer at. When landing, any Survivor caught in the Landing Are will be inflicted with an 8% Hindered Status Effect. Super Flight has a cooldown of 10 seconds. I think the flight dash should be slighty curve-able but not to hillbilly or blights extent i do think once hit he should do a health state and deep wounds also maybe another small ability just to make him feel even more unique maybe a separate meter charges the more you get hit by pallets once full you insta break the next one that or being able to shoot a laser ranged attack when levitating
Without a power limiter homelander would probably be the most effective dbd killer because of his super smell, hearing and x ray vision which could probably be his abilities
I'd love to see classic black noir as a killer too. He could have ranged attacks like huntress and trickster. If you wanna get real crazy with it, you could have doppleganger who can take on an appearance of a survivor to sabotage a generator, and the sabo only works on a generator that is being prepared, if a survivor stops repairing it stops it or something along them lines as a counter to it forcing survivors to pay close attention to their mates.
I personally think a good map for this chapter would be Godolkin University from Gen V. Doesn't entirely relate to homelander much, but I think it'd be a much simpler option than a skyscraper.
I’m not opposed to the idea of an evil superman type character as a killer in dbd, I just don’t think they should add Homelander as the killer, I’d rather they do their own. Homelander is just a character who I don’t think fits into the role of killer very well (and neither does Wesker in my opinion)

The vought tower as a map is a good idea, I think the voughtland theme park would also be a good contender, it's a perfect dbd map style to be manipulated. Just a though, great vid

MK Killer is kinda hard in my opinion. The best choices would probably be Noob Saibot or Havik and maybe Ermac. I think these are the only ones that are aesthetically the most fitting and would make the most sense lore wise

in the MK1 storyline, homelander enjoys leaving earth to go and kill because he thinks humans arent worthy of him/don't appreciate him enough. I personally think he'd enjoy a realm where he gets to give in to his psychotic urges.

I feel like he wouldn’t like that and even though he gets to kill people I feel like doing the entity’s bidding would eventually get under his skin. I feel like he would try to fight the entity thinking something like “finally, a real challenge.” Or he might try to befriend the entity thinking “the entity is a god like me.”

And from what I’ve gathered from that video, he would most certainly try to fight the entity for 2 reasons, 1 Because he wants to and has fun fighting gods and 2 he would get bored killing the survivors that are just regular humans. I'll be honest I feel like black noir would be more fitting for dbd. The entity isnt a stanger to grabbing people as they are dying and putting them into the trails. Maybe we can have both tho. For once we have a two killers one survivor dlc.
This kinda reminds me of something I’ve kinda wanted in the game and that’s a Marvel Zombies chapter. I think Zombie Captain America as a killer would be cool as he would be more grounded compared to say a Zombie Iron Man or Hulk and his shield could be used to be thrown and hit survivors and it could even bounce off walls. I think it would be cool and they wouldn’t have to do Captain America too.
i don’t think homelander would work in an aesthetic sense however if they wanted to use a more horror adjacent version of an evil superman trope, they can just use brightburn
As someone whose been playing twins a fair amount recently, having easy access to killer instinct is insanely strong. To get it throughout your TR would be too much. Some nerfs i think would make it more balanced would be: Its aura reading instead of killer instinct. That way lockers and distortion become viable counter play. Its only active if the survivor is walking or running. Standing still and crouching walking dont trigger the effect. That way urban evasion can see some use and people have some way to counter it that isnt locker or perk based. Aura reading im willing to concede on but i really think that standing still or crouching should hide you from the effects. Edit: having it a set distance from homelander or specifically tied to his terror radius also deserves a discussion as wildly different effects based on perk set ups. For example, stealth builds would suck, but large TR builds would be strong. Unforseen and dark devotion would behave in interesting ways as well if its specifically tied to the TR.
Alright I like but here’s another killer I’d like, Ahem Killer concept for The Warden (Minecraft), a tall, powerful, yet blind killer, having evolved with the skulk to focus on sound and scent rather than sight. In the killers POV, you are blind, seeing nothing but darkness and having your close surroundings outlined in a white streak, when not in chase, you move at 4.0m, slower than most killers but at least faster than Nurse. To locate survivors, you can hear their breath and footsteps at a 150% increase from most killers, you can also see their footsteps similar to Chucky but at a delayed rate, there are also skulk sensors around the map that help you locate them at medium distances, so it’s basically Spies From The Shadows. And of course this also means that there are skulk shriekers too, which when disturbed by a survivor, it screech’s and alerts the killer from a far distance, allowing the killer to teleport near the shrieker like demogorgon in a way. If a survivor stays near the killer for too long, you will lock onto their scent and enter Chase. When a Chase begins, you first roar at the survivor, deafening them for a moment and you lock on to them with killer instinct for the duration of the chase. During a chase, your movement speed increases to 5.0m and your attack cooldown is decreased by 55% (does not stack), and after attaining bloodlust, you will also gain the ability to unleash a sonic boom, which works sorta like The Artist’s crow attack, but will have a hefty cooldown. To hide from The Warden, survivors can crouch to silently walk away from the killer, however staying in one area too long will alert it. For the Morí, the Warden sniffs the area before locating the survivor on the ground, after which, The Warden violently crushes and beats the survivor to death, you then get a shot panning to the skulk growing around the survivors remains. Thoughts?
I have a power idea for Homelander when you activate his power he flys in the air and there will be a sound Que letting the survivors know to hide in a building or any small structure because if you caught outside moving it reveals the players location and like doomfists meteor strike can do an aoe attack on slam the ground if the survivor doesn’t move out the way in time if the player that is playing Homelander doesn’t find anyone he can just use the power for mobility to move around the map. He can use his lasers as like a small range attack that how like xenos tail works he can laser anyone that’s going over windows only not over pallets to make it balance because if you hit by his laser beams which aren’t instant downs exposes that players location for the next 10 seconds like his xray vision. And to balance this certain perks can slow down or make it easier to counter his main power.
You would have to nerf him significantly, cause if he so much as dares using his laser vision on a random Claudette she is dead, not downed, dead. No Entity intervention can prevent that

Of any superhero chapter id love either Homelander or a DC villain, the only issue i see though is how do u do laser eyes from a first person perspective? I’ve never seen that done before, but the fact that realistically the lasers would block your visual of what’s in front of u might be an issue

It would be pretty cool if Homelander had quite strong powers while survivors can inject themselves with Temp V and gain temporary powers that counters Homelander. There would be some side effects and a limited number of doses though. Homelander should also have multiple mori animations, in one of them he tears a survivor apart, in another he holds the survivor up close and lasers into their eyes
I think anything they could do with his power would be too similar to people like Vecna and Wesker as stated in the video. I see the vision though, perks would be very interesting considering his powers and complex character, but I just don't see it actually happening.

a power idea i had for homelander in the past was a flight ability that acted more like an airstrike (to fit the whole american theme) where you could see bird's eye view within your terror radius and choose where to land, and some kind of passive that builds up quicker when you take away a health state from a survivor. This would unlock a ranged eye laser attack which would work similar to xeno's tail where you could change its trajectory based on where you look, but it'd have more freedom to it.
would you do damage upon landing? maybe an insta down?
I imagine his fly would just be like Vecna's flight. Maybe he can have something special like being able to fly through breakable walls.

I've thought about this for a while and having a super villain or super hero turned evil in the game was always really cool to me. Like you try telling me if you saw Superman show up to the battle and think you're going to be saved but then he turns around and kills 50 innocent people in the crowd and tell me that isn't horrifying. I know I used Superman here, that's honestly because I haven't watched the boys yet but am going to soon. Superman is more familiar to me, specifically when he turns evil in the Injustice story lines. I'd love Homelander as I do think he'd be pretty scary considering he is known for doing messed up things. Also an anti hero could also work as a killer depending on the anti hero.

Anthony Starr would be an amazing Wesker in a Resident Evil movie.
Power: can jump high up into the air super fast and land anywhere in the map he wants, with a decently long animation for landing to warn survivors. Has a long cooldown in between uses, like 1.5-2 minutes.
His anti loop could be a laser vision shot that with a long charge up time, character noise, slower speed, and glowing red eyes. The shot can last multiple seconds as a constant beam with infinite range, and can potentially double hit survivors (ranged bubba). Laser beam does not pierce obstacles or walls, Homelander cannot move when firing the beam. Has 30 second cooldown after use.
Mori 1: lasers the survivors legs off (introducing lost limbs to dbd), lifting the survivors face to his and slowly lazering their eyes in (season 1 reference)
Mori 2: walks up to the survivor and crushes their head with his foot (reference to something he does a lot but it’s lame and just like nemesis)
Mori 3: he picks the survivor up and flies into the sky, before body slamming them from the stratosphere, turning them into blood only (power reference and gory like The Boys)
Kinda op power but there’s counter play and long cooldowns. Makes sense for homelander but could be balanced or changed
hear me out, flies them up into the air, throws them into the propeller of an oncoming airplane, then lasers the plane in two before crashing back down. imagine a survivors pov, seeing homelander grab a survivor and fly into the air, only to return empty handed

I've thought this for a long time, he's not your classic 'Horror slasher' but he perfectly fits into the role, there's no character in current media that can make you as nervous as Homelander does and I just think the idea of having a superhero hunting you down in DBD is such a fun concept, like he really feels like an unstoppable force and I could see a really interesting kit coming from him. We can all hope for 'The Supe' to be added one day. (and would love a butcher survivor)
I agree, people need to stop disrespecting Homelander, I think he's up there with great modern villains such as Art the Clown, who is another highly requested pick for DBD!

I had the idea of giving survivors the vials of Temp V that would spawn every minute or so and give them powers for a short duration followed by negative side effects afterwards. Some would include Invisibility but followed by Exposed, Haste followed by Hindered, or map wide Aura reading followed by Oblivious and Blindness.

You don't need to have the game just be "a guy with a dark color scheme and a mask killing completely grounded survivors" to be something about horror. And DBD has still carried a lot of horror elements greatly with its last two original killers Singularity and Unknown, and with its last licensed killers of Chucky (in gameplay) and Vecna (in aesthetic)

Velociraptor: It could be a packhunter like the original plan for Legion.
Dilophosaurus: It could shoot a venomous projectile that temporarily blinds the survivor so a cross between Clown and Plague.
Indoraptor: Its the most cunning hybrid with human DNA, could night vision or some type of pounce ability to level obstacles 🤷♂️
Carnotaurus: It was pettier in the movies but a camouflaging demon in TLW novel and just small enough to fit.
The map: Isla Nublar would be incredible with the Visitor Center as the main building and raptor & Trex paddock as bonus locations, also obviously the trex is too big for a killer but maybe the trex could be a level-based hazard.
I feel like indoraptor would fit perfectly besides killers like demogorgon and xenomorph. They all kinda have a similar animalistic feel that the other dinos don’t really have.
I think the idea is cool. An evil Superman or just straight up homelander is scary. But you’re basically just copying Wesker’s power. If ur gonna make a new killer, it only really makes sense if you have a unique ability

My friends and I came up with two killer ideas: one was a spider-based killer, able to jump up onto ceilings/structures and trap survivors with webs, and a “cartoon” based one with lots of looney tunes/Tom and jerry inspired powers, my favorite being the mori where the toon pulls a rope and a piano/anvil/2 ton weight falls on you

I love The Boys but I just don't think he would fit too well personally. It's not that he isn't horror, because he's definitely a scary character, I just don't think he'd be that interesting.

I think something they could do to balance is each survivor starte with one dose of Temp V. It would give a random power. These would be one laser vision that would take Homlander out of flight and stun him, You could take on hit with invincible skin, or you could teleport and spawn in any random spot in the map. Each survivor would spawn with one dose, and the ability they get on injection is completely random. A few crates could also spawn around the map.
I saw an awesome concept for his power where he has a fury or rage mechanic. He could start off more sane only using his fist to kill. But as he gets stunned or flashed by survivors or losing chace he basically gets more pissed off and more unhinged kinda like in the show. And he would quickly get his laser vision ability and then eventually his fly abilities and stuff

I like this idea, the only thing I was sorta against was the survivor being Hughie due to Butcher being Homelander's rival and Hughie really only joined The Boys to take out A-Train originally, he doesn't really care too much for Homelander on a personal level as much as Butcher does. As for perks for those still reading, here you go!
Daddy's Home: Those within a short range of the user have increased vault speed by 5%/10%/15% and recover from negative effects faster (similar to Quentin's perk Vigil)
Scorched Earth: After being hooked twice or reaching their final hook stage by any means, the user receives a special item pressing the special ability button that grants them Temp V, they receive the option for a quick dash flight, laser eyes (stuns killer for 3-5 seconds), or essentially tank a free hit like dead hard, after usage, the user will be permanently broken for the remainder of the match.
Diabolical: (This is just a fun meme one I thought of) The user tosses a bucket/ packet of blood that lands and releases a trail of blood and scratch marks to throw killers off the player's trail for a short while, this will recharge similar to that Pebble perk and will create a noise indicator.

It would be cool if Homelander's power gave him immunity to stuns and blinds. Imagine you drop a pallet on homelander and he just dusts himself off and keeps walking towards you. Or you try to blind him and he blasts the flashlight out of your hand with his lasers.

Yes, but badass af. Homelander is supposed to be overpowered and terrifying, that’s a part of his character. So I think making him resistant to pallet stuns makes sense. I think a cool way to balance this for survivors would be to add special chests that contain compound V. Taking compound V would give the survivors one of several different powers that could be used to stun or escape Homelander. The most obvious one being super strength, imagine being able to super punch Homelander while he’s carrying a survivor and forcing him to drop it the punching him again to extend the stun giving everyone around him extra time to escape and hide. Super speed could give survivors the ability to outrun and escape Homelander or maybe even boost the survivors ability to complete generators. The Compound V would only last around 30 seconds and a limited amount would generate around the map, so survivors would have to be strategic about when and how they use it. Once the Compound V wears off the survivors would suffer a debuff such as blindness and fatigue for a few seconds before recovering, this debuff. Homelander should be OP, he should be a force to be reckoned with and surviving him should be a huge challenge, that’s what makes him terrifying, but survivors should be able to fight back and Compound V would add a really interesting dynamic to the game that shakes things up a bit. It would also be more faithful to the source material which is always a plus. These ideas would allow for both Homelander and the survivors to experience a really fun power trip

Definitely works. As you were talking i did think a wesker like power would be perfect for him aswell. Also Homelander is the type of guy that would get super pissed (pun intended) at the entity for nerfing his powers and lash out at the survivors just bcs they are there.

My only change would be to add Billy Butcher instead of Hughie, mainly because of him and Homelander's rivalry. While he'd try to manipulate his team to get the jump on Homelander normally, he wouldn't really be in that position in this case, so he'd just escape like everyone else. Players could even be lore accurate Butcher and leave some people to die (especially since he doesn't know anyone else except Homelander)
ngl i think a lot of killers would be lightwork for butcher considering who he's going up against, especially if he had temp V
@@stalkedd This is a good point, too. However, the only reason he gets the jump on others is because of his teamwork with The Boys. Without Hughie, Frenchie, Kimiko and MM, Butcher doesn't really have a whole lot. He's the methodical planner and manipulator, and he's damn good at it, but he's not a jack of all trades sort of guy.
With the temp v, however, this is a completely different story. He'd absolutely maul the other killers for sure.

Size: Tall

Speed: 4,4 m/s (110%)
Power: I Can Do Anything
You have the abilities of god and no one can stop your power.
Your power is divided by two different abilities, which you can switch up by pressing the Secondary Ability button.
First Power: Heat Vision
While in Heat Vision, press and hold the Power button to charge heat vision. Once its charged, press the attack button to fire a laser beam through your eyes. This laser beam have infinite range, but after going through some type of wall object once, the next time it touches a wall, it wont pass through it and will take an health state out of any Survivor it touches. This laser beam lasts 3 seconds before going on cooldown.
The laser beam goes into one direction only when you start blasting it, so make sure you pointing it the right direction.
Heat Vision has a cooldown of 10 seconds.
Second Power: Super Flight
While in Super Flight, press the attack button to prepare your power, then press the attack button to jump into the sky.
While in the sky, you will have a panoramic vision of the entire map and you will have a window of 5 seconds to chose a place to land. When the Landing Area is chosen, The Homelander will instantly land on that area, but if not chosen, you will then land whenever you have your pointer at.
When landing, any Survivor caught in the Landing Are will be inflicted with an 8% Hindered Status Effect.
Super Flight has a cooldown of 10 seconds.

I think the flight dash should be slighty curve-able but not to hillbilly or blights extent i do think once hit he should do a health state and deep wounds also maybe another small ability just to make him feel even more unique maybe a separate meter charges the more you get hit by pallets once full you insta break the next one that or being able to shoot a laser ranged attack when levitating
Without a power limiter homelander would probably be the most effective dbd killer because of his super smell, hearing and x ray vision which could probably be his abilities

I'd love to see classic black noir as a killer too. He could have ranged attacks like huntress and trickster. If you wanna get real crazy with it, you could have doppleganger who can take on an appearance of a survivor to sabotage a generator, and the sabo only works on a generator that is being prepared, if a survivor stops repairing it stops it or something along them lines as a counter to it forcing survivors to pay close attention to their mates.
I personally think a good map for this chapter would be Godolkin University from Gen V. Doesn't entirely relate to homelander much, but I think it'd be a much simpler option than a skyscraper.

I’m not opposed to the idea of an evil superman type character as a killer in dbd, I just don’t think they should add Homelander as the killer, I’d rather they do their own.
Homelander is just a character who I don’t think fits into the role of killer very well (and neither does Wesker in my opinion)

The vought tower as a map is a good idea, I think the voughtland theme park would also be a good contender, it's a perfect dbd map style to be manipulated. Just a though, great vid

MK Killer is kinda hard in my opinion. The best choices would probably be Noob Saibot or Havik and maybe Ermac. I think these are the only ones that are aesthetically the most fitting and would make the most sense lore wise

in the MK1 storyline, homelander enjoys leaving earth to go and kill because he thinks humans arent worthy of him/don't appreciate him enough. I personally think he'd enjoy a realm where he gets to give in to his psychotic urges.

I feel like he wouldn’t like that and even though he gets to kill people I feel like doing the entity’s bidding would eventually get under his skin. I feel like he would try to fight the entity thinking something like “finally, a real challenge.” Or he might try to befriend the entity thinking “the entity is a god like me.”

And from what I’ve gathered from that video, he would most certainly try to fight the entity for 2 reasons, 1 Because he wants to and has fun fighting gods and 2 he would get bored killing the survivors that are just regular humans. And I just thought that he would definitely fight the entity if the entity successfully put a power dampener on him, I imagine he would be insanely pissed if that happened.

This kinda reminds me of something I’ve kinda wanted in the game and that’s a Marvel Zombies chapter. I think Zombie Captain America as a killer would be cool as he would be more grounded compared to say a Zombie Iron Man or Hulk and his shield could be used to be thrown and hit survivors and it could even bounce off walls. I think it would be cool and they wouldn’t have to do Captain America too.
i don’t think homelander would work in an aesthetic sense however if they wanted to use a more horror adjacent version of an evil superman trope, they can just use brightburn

As someone whose been playing twins a fair amount recently, having easy access to killer instinct is insanely strong. To get it throughout your TR would be too much.
Some nerfs i think would make it more balanced would be:
Its aura reading instead of killer instinct. That way lockers and distortion become viable counter play.
Its only active if the survivor is walking or running. Standing still and crouching walking dont trigger the effect. That way urban evasion can see some use and people have some way to counter it that isnt locker or perk based.
Aura reading im willing to concede on but i really think that standing still or crouching should hide you from the effects.
Edit: having it a set distance from homelander or specifically tied to his terror radius also deserves a discussion as wildly different effects based on perk set ups. For example, stealth builds would suck, but large TR builds would be strong. Unforseen and dark devotion would behave in interesting ways as well if its specifically tied to the TR.

Killer concept for The Warden (Minecraft), a tall, powerful, yet blind killer, having evolved with the skulk to focus on sound and scent rather than sight. In the killers POV, you are blind, seeing nothing but darkness and having your close surroundings outlined in a white streak, when not in chase, you move at 4.0m, slower than most killers but at least faster than Nurse. To locate survivors, you can hear their breath and footsteps at a 150% increase from most killers, you can also see their footsteps similar to Chucky but at a delayed rate, there are also skulk sensors around the map that help you locate them at medium distances, so it’s basically Spies From The Shadows. And of course this also means that there are skulk shriekers too, which when disturbed by a survivor, it screech’s and alerts the killer from a far distance, allowing the killer to teleport near the shrieker like demogorgon in a way. If a survivor stays near the killer for too long, you will lock onto their scent and enter Chase. When a Chase begins, you first roar at the survivor, deafening them for a moment and you lock on to them with killer instinct for the duration of the chase. During a chase, your movement speed increases to 5.0m and your attack cooldown is decreased by 55% (does not stack), and after attaining bloodlust, you will also gain the ability to unleash a sonic boom, which works sorta like The Artist’s crow attack, but will have a hefty cooldown. To hide from The Warden, survivors can crouch to silently walk away from the killer, however staying in one area too long will alert it.
For the Morí, the Warden sniffs the area before locating the survivor on the ground, after which, The Warden violently crushes and beats the survivor to death, you then get a shot panning to the skulk growing around the survivors remains. Thoughts?

I have a power idea for Homelander when you activate his power he flys in the air and there will be a sound Que letting the survivors know to hide in a building or any small structure because if you caught outside moving it reveals the players location and like doomfists meteor strike can do an aoe attack on slam the ground if the survivor doesn’t move out the way in time if the player that is playing Homelander doesn’t find anyone he can just use the power for mobility to move around the map. He can use his lasers as like a small range attack that how like xenos tail works he can laser anyone that’s going over windows only not over pallets to make it balance because if you hit by his laser beams which aren’t instant downs exposes that players location for the next 10 seconds like his xray vision. And to balance this certain perks can slow down or make it easier to counter his main power.
You would have to nerf him significantly, cause if he so much as dares using his laser vision on a random Claudette she is dead, not downed, dead. No Entity intervention can prevent that

Something i would like that seems like it wouldnt work but actually would very well is kiryu from yakuza, yakuza could work as a 1 survivor paragraph or a 2 survivor 1 killer chapter if they really tried

Of any superhero chapter id love either Homelander or a DC villain, the only issue i see though is how do u do laser eyes from a first person perspective? I’ve never seen that done before, but the fact that realistically the lasers would block your visual of what’s in front of u might be an issue

It would be pretty cool if Homelander had quite strong powers while survivors can inject themselves with Temp V and gain temporary powers that counters Homelander. There would be some side effects and a limited number of doses though.
Homelander should also have multiple mori animations, in one of them he tears a survivor apart, in another he holds the survivor up close and lasers into their eyes
Something that could happen is when all gens are complete, Homelander is stressed so he can fly around like when he was looking for translucent.
If they were gonna put him into the game, they'd have to break so many things for him to feel accurate

I think anything they could do with his power would be too similar to people like Vecna and Wesker as stated in the video. I see the vision though, perks would be very interesting considering his powers and complex character, but I just don't see it actually happening.
