Hello Scott! Every reviewer and influencer released their video on this bike today! Lectric has stepped up their game with the Xpedition 2.0. I think it's the best cargo bike available. Adjustable fork, adjustable handlebar, Altus 8 speed, Torque sensor, hydraulic brakes, UL Certified and updated quiet motor. Awesome stuff! Thanks for the first look Scott. I think if you take this one from Chicago to your cabin in Michigan, you'll make it with modest peddling and that torque sensor! I look forward to seeing you try. I bet your lovely wife will even pick you up again for the trip back. You two looked wonderful on your trip in Costa Rica, even if it was raining! Take care and enjoy the ride. 🚲 -------Steve.
Thanks Steve! To make it more challenging. I do plan on reviewing it like the other cargo bikes I have reviewed. That is with 97lbs of water on the back. So it might not be a sure thing of me making it o the cabin. If it does make it, I will be super impressed!
Oh man no way Scott this is huge I am sooo excited that Lectric has you involved. I hope this catapults your channel. I am just as excited seeing you review this bike as I am seeing the bike Huge thumbs up !!!!! 👍🏼
Hi Scott great review I like the way you produced with you talking in the studio and talking with the other influencer. I’m looking fwd a comparison between the Abound and this bike ❤❤
I can already tell you that the Xpedition 2.0 is an overall better bike than the Abound. With that said, I felt the Abound was a better version than the original XPedition so I am looking forward to seeing how Aventon updates their Abound to compete.
@@scotthardesty Any idea when Aventon will update/release the Abound 2.0? I heard rumors there will be a Packer 1 2.0, but then someone debunked that :/
thx buddy for putting this video out here, Glad I waited to purchase the new Radwagon, now I can do some close comparison between these two and make my final purchase decision.
Glad to help! There are tons of videos released today on this bike. I am sure you will be able to get all the answers you are looking for. Thanks for watching!
Scott...i know you're a Velotric fan. Loved your Packer 1 vids. Ive had my P1 forr about 2 months now and have some slight regrets. Maiinly the cadence sensor; the abrupt on/off surge of the motor has been a bit of a learning curve for me. The combo of having a larger wheel up front and the cadence sensor, it make it challenging to make toght turns smoothly. Im considering purchasing the Xpedition 2.0 and selling the P1. It's impressive that Lectric listened to their customers and made many noticeable and thoughtful improvements while.keeping the price the same. I think i would opt for the non mega dual battery. I know you mentioned you havent tested Lectric bikees in tthe past, but would you consider replay your P1 for the Xpedition 2.0 even though you've only had very limited time with it and haven't put it through tou usual battery of tests?
I can 100% tell you that the XPedition 2.0 is the best cargo bike I have tested. I say that after just after reviewing the Letrigo Minivan SE (which is an awesome cargo bike as well). I don't have the same thoughts about the P1 as you do but even without those issues, I would choose the XPedition over my Packer 1.

@ with the new technology that they broke out with the Abound SR, I bet quite a few updates will be released next year.
Ordered mine today! Thank you for this great overview
I'm sure you'll love it!

Wouldn't you know it, I bought the original Xpedition just this summer. Now the new 2.0 version is out with great upgrades. Oh well.
I am sure you are still enjoying the original model.

@@scotthardesty Thanks for the additional insight, Scott. Looking fwd to your in-depth review.
Aipas A6-D is exactly like this what would be better between them?
I believe AIPAS is making an update to their A6 and should be sending it to me when its ready.
What's the left thumb paddle for? Dropper post? Front derailleur?
The throttle
@@scotthardesty Thanks.
