@@glasswhisperer yea I’ve been using mine a bit off and on as well. It’s good quality. Just wish the hand ergonomics were a bit better. Otherwise it’s solid.
I bought one and I’m very pleased with it. The action gets smothered the more I use it. Great value for the money. I highly recommend this knife. Cheers! This additional comment is after more use. The flipper tab is smooth. The tab really needs texture for better purchase when deploying the blade. I still highly recommend this knife? Cheers!
@@ThingsMen your point is well made. I could use just a tad more purchase for my pinkie finger. That being said I wouldn’t take it to knife fight. However for everyday use I still think it’s a great value. Cheers!
I just bought one for the warranty alone. If it rusts out or dulls, I’m bringing it back. Knives are pretty much consumables for me since I don’t sharpen them myself. It’ll pay for itself.
Thank you for your honest review. Much appreciated. I was on the fence about buying this knife, but the shape of handle is a concern. There are better choices out there.
Of course. The handle and the belt clip are a bit odd. The quality is still pretty good however. Just depends on if you want flashy over functionality.
Don't rely on one person's opinion on the handle. I've watched about 20 reviews on this knife and almost all either like or don't mind the way it feels in their hand.
No I also have the Gordon which is also from HF. The Icon in my opinion is a copy of a Todd Begg mini glimpse. Its design is awesome and the builder clearly knew how to build a knife. Now I want a Mini Glimpse. Thanks Harbor Freight!!
Appreciate your response. I find knives to be very subjective so not everyone will be on the same page. I will say I have grown to like it a little bit more but will see how I feel as time goes on.
I got one, very nice looking and very sharp but i agree it feels to small, not a deal breaker though. One beef I have with all these knives is the locking mechanism , like my father taught me its not 100% dependable
Thanks for chiming in. Yea it’s not my first choice but I get the draw to the esthetics. Function vs looks. If you don’t mind please like and consider subscribing. 👍🏻
The one thing i do not like is the pocket clip. Thats just so dumb to be at an angle perpendicular to the top of the pocket. I dislike it so much im going to pass which is a bummer, with the rest of it being so well done.
Yea that clip isn’t the greatest. Probably my biggest gripe when contemplating the purchase. I will admit that despite that it still will work ok in your pocket. It’s just not the most favorable. Rest of the knife is performing well though. Thanks for commenting. 👍🏻
The Big Deal, to answer some commenters below, is that, it is a stolen design, nearly 0ne for one of the Todd Beggs SteelCraft Mini Glimpse (approx$600 on the secondary market), Not to be confused with the Beggs Mini Glimpse (about $70+ and cheaply /bad-quality made), the splinter company (His Brothers took over) of His stolen designs.
@@ThingsMen Not resemblance. It is one for one, identical, except for the blade material and the Todd Beggs iconic holes and pocket clip ceramic ball. I own both the original Glimpse as well as the original Bodega, and the Icon has a fit and finish comparable to them.
I've been using it for a few weeks now and you really can't beat it for the money. It's a damn good knife.

@@ThingsMen Don't blame the clone for the design, blame the original (Begg Knives Mini Glimpse) 😆🤣
I'm picking me up one of these this weekend. I've been looking at it and I love the look. and D2 steel is good steel.
Yea not a bad price point and its operation is quite nice. Just need to get used to the grip.
Why has this knife turned into such a instant collector’s item⁉️
Fair point. It’s ok but nothing stellar. 👍🏻

Thanks for sharing. It’s not a bad knife. I just wish it fit a little better in the hand. 🖐️

In that aspect then yes its worth your time. Just have to be sure they are still on the shelves when you go in. ;)

@@lswinney1000 true. everyone's tastes are different. If the handle design doesn't matter to you then its a good knife.
For the money a great knife. Thanks for the review. : )
Of course. Glad to see you like it.
With the coupon,it’s $30.00. That’s a good price.
Yes coupon makes it worth while.
These knives are badass!!
Thanks. I’m glad you like. You referring to just the Icon?

Take it back in for replacement?
Fixed it.😊
@@keithw1966 must have not been that bad then.
Whats the name of the no name knife I like it
It’s actually a nice knife for the price. Also less than the icon one. It’s on Amazon

Why is it so hard to come-by at Harbor Freight stores???
It’s apparently the new hotness. I haven’t seen them in mine since they first dropped.
This is my new edc and favorite looking knife. F$&king sexy af
