I just made a free community for busy people who want to improve their lives without relying on willpower and motivation (it might be paid in the future). It's focused on building and using systems in every facet of our life.
It's ugly and in construction, so I'm inviting you for free right now as a founding member.

Hello, this is an incredibly useful video. I listened to the video by taking notes. My mother tongue is Turkish and my English is at an extremely low level. I tried to understand your content by first opening the English subtitles and then translating the whole text into Turkish with artificial intelligence and took notes. Thank you. "The best thing I learned is to limit the goals, which are actually simple, to 1 or 2. Before, unfortunately, I had a lot of goals and I was getting confused and avoiding my responsibilities. This was the biggest contribution of this video, the other contribution was to understand the types of goals and to learn what it means to systemize." I thank you and wish you a good day. Greetings from Turkey.
    Translated with google :(

I was wondering you stopped on keyboard content and this is why. Congratulations on your family! Thanks to your "Switch and Click" channel, I got hooked into the keyboard scene!

Good video, I like the idea of the “opening up notion” as triggering your RUclips creator system. Pretty easy to achieve but meaningful. I also like the cornerstone habit idea that makes creates the glue that holds that focus of your life together.
On a personal note, I’ve wanted to lose 17 pounds last year, and I did accomplish it, I hit a plateau after three months (8 pounds lost) and finally finished off the goal in the last quarter of the year, the most meaningful adjustments I made to accomplish this goal is to first begin to measure my weight weekly, then be extra mindful about diet, which was what helped me lose this first 10 pounds or so, instead of eating a big lunch I would eat a delicious sandwich that was fairly tasty and I felt satisfied. Drastically minimizing mindless snacking, and grabbing snacks when I had brakes in my day, even though I wasn’t hungry, was also significant.
I also started seeing a personal trainer for three months so I could incorporate the habit of lifting weights twice a week which helped me lose the last bit of weight and start a new habit, which helps me be stronger as I age and feel more energized.
Best of success on both of your objectives, I do believe you will accomplish both!
