You are on call 24/7 and have no life of your own, ever! Wanna date? Too bad...your boss needs you to go wait in line to get the new iPhone or handbag that some douche is releasing. Grandma dies? Too bad. Can you go to In and Out Burger and get me and my friends food. Awesome. Oh, you aren't driving a Ferrari 812 or Lamborghini Aventador either. They lease those cars through their management company and you aren't allowed to drive them. You need to see the dentist because your tooth broke? OK, well I wanted to go to Ibiza so can you just take some ibuprofen and like suck it up or something. Notice all of these are not questions, but really orders. I worked personal security for years. I've seen it with my own eyes. The manner in which your favorite celebrity, the press declares a genuine sweet guy/girl, is horrible. I saw a famous actress demand that her boyfriend be allowed to urinate on the PA while the PA was in full dress with make-up, because her boyfriend was also a celebrity and that was the stuff he needed to do to get aroused. I saw another actress berate her PA in the most God awful manner because her Starbucks order wasn't as hot as she wanted it to be. The PA was crying her eyes out and sobbing uncontrollably and all this actress could say was 'Suck it up and redo your make-up. You look like a bloated racoon who was raped ' Also another actress with a strong, empowering women's rights champion reputation. If you want to make more money, travel to exotic locale and work somewhat hard...become a yachtie. It's not like Below Deck at all. You get good money, treated well (usually), live rent free for months and most owners are wealthy and they actually do treat their yacht crew very well. They pay is also very nice. A charter boat usually offers 2200-2500 standard pay and then a one week charter tip is on average about $2000 and you do 10 weeks of charters. You can do charters in the Med, then the Caribbean and work all year. No rent, you get your meals for free amd you travel. You will probably have to share a small room and have a twin bed, but most charter yachties make about 70-110k per year and you always get at least 3 months off per year.

Not saying yachting is much better sometimes, but working for a celebrity is usually the most demeaning job in existence.
