Losing a very close Uncle to ALS really hits on a different level. Prayers to all the families dealing with this horrible disease. God Bless Brian for his grit and determination.
Please please do proper tickborne infections testing in a specialized lab like Vibrantwellness tickborne panel 2.0 and if positive for any tickborne infection start treating those. ALS diagnosis is based on symptoms (clinical), the cause is unknown and advanced Lyme and coinfections is the most probable cause.
Brian is my high school classmate from St Albans in DC. He and his wife are amazing humans. Incredibly proud.
