Is your speedlight zoom stuck?

If your speedlight zoom is stuck, it may be because the built in diffuser is activated. I explain how it works in this short. And notice that my recommendation is NOT to use the built in diffuser, but use an external one instead.

Thank you so much! I just got my speed light, and just before turning it on for the first time, I played with the diffuser and I guess I didn't properly retract it, so the zoom wasn't working
