I got my impressions taken 2 months ago and I'm scheduled to finally get my Invisalign aligners next week. Last month (so after taking impressions) I went to my hygienist to get my teeth cleaned as it had been 6+ months since my last visit. Will that affect the way my aligners fit?
Question: I recently had braces, and they kind of stained my teeth. And I want them to be white? What would you say is the best way to whiten your teeth? Whitening toothpaste, charcoal, baking soda, or a whitening treatment like the brand “Snow”? I’ve heard many many opinions about this. What would you say (as coming from a dental professional) is the best way to whiten teeth?
Love how your pic is of Kobe! As far as best whitening I'm putting out a video this week on that but in office or take-home professional bleaching trays are best. The crest white strips work fine but may hurt your gums.

Nathan Coughlin How bout brushing my retainers with crest mouth wash alcohol free? I’ve been using it for months. And does polident dentures cleaner help with retainers? If so how often should I be using it
Hey Alex there are specific polident like tablets for clear retainers. Typically I use them every few weeks but definitely follow their instructions. As far as brushing the retainers with mouthwash I'm sure that's fine but I still believe antibacterial soap is the best!

So if I already have implants I can’t get Invisalign ?? 😢 why would a dentist put them in when you informed them you wanted to get Invisalign

Hmmm. Good question. I'm not sure actually. I would just stick to good old antibacterial soap and water. Just make sure to wash off all the soap!
