    I'll give you some tips.
    1- Best relief is keeping ice cold water in your mouth specificaly wherever is most itchy. Huge relief!!!
    2- Pick a side and pull them out from the inner-side of your mouth on your wisdom teeth, and it easily peels off of your teeth.
    3- Try to keep ur upper and lower jaw seperated, the less ur trays touch each other, the less u feel ur teeth. I know it is kind of tough but by biting ur trays u make ur teeth and gum more alert and sensitive against pain. Not letting ur trays touch each other helps pretending that they r not there.
    4- In my case, on the 4th day (after the 3rd day of teeth, jaw and head aches) I realized it started to cause more pain to not to have them on. So try to keep them on as long as u can.
    5- Don't try to give your teeth a moment of relief by taking your trays out even for one second because your teeth lean more on going to where they were rather than stay where they r. So you would cause urself longer periods of pain in return of a second of relief.
    Peace ✌️ I hope ur experience is less painful and annoying than mine.

    She's adorable, this is great. I'm on tray 11 (at a different practice) and just got IPR. However, I have to disagree with the first point. Most patients underestimate how painful orthodontics can be. I really suffered in the beginning with facial pain and headaches. It's better now but was no joke. Really painful. But still better than traditional braces. Biggest tip I found on RUclips was to store trays in a cup or container of mouthwash when out of the mouth. Especially when at home, when you are eating or brushing, drop them in a cup of mouthwash.

    couple of other things to note, if you have the attachments, they will be VERY rough and uncomfortable at first. Also, depending on where the attachments are, it's likely that you won't be able to fully close your mouth, which will make it fairly difficult to chew. Also, depending on where the attachments are, they can create some pretty serious pinch points, and the insides of your cheeks can be super susceptible to being bitten by the attachments. All in all, the attachments cause all of the problems haha.

      @@kat_g6852 I've had mine now for about a year. I'll say it's gotten way way easier, it's not a problem at all anymore. Just chew slowly and carefully at first, and try not to get frustrated if you bite the inside of your cheeks. Your brain will adjust and you'll find a way to do it without biting yourself. Trust the process! I'm very VERY happy with my results so far. Another thing is, at first... It's going to be a bit painful and frustrating to take the aligners off. Just take it slowly and work one side and then the other back and forth. After you get past the first set of aligners, it gets way way easier. I have been able to take mine off with one finger for so long now, I don't even think about it. The more you wear them, the easier the whole process is. Really try and wear them the amount of time that they recommend each day.

    Can I get Invisalign as reorthodontic treatment ?

  • @umarputhukkudi4946
    @umarputhukkudi4946 3 года назад

    It is very important the dental provider should organize an competent orthodontist(s) who qualified Invisalign product and services, especially Invisalign orthodontist going for vacation or resign from dental provider. It is mainly supporting Invisalign attachment it may loss sometime. Most of dental 🦷 clinic run the Invisalign business without qualified supporting Dr during emergency leave or vacation of Invisalign doctor. Be careful about service, do no worry about products. Thank you

    gotta disagree with the first statement for sure. they are definitely painful especially in the beginning. Another disclaimer is make sure you are being responsible with your aligners!! i’ve had to restart 2 times now because i forget to change them. No problems with the aligners them selves. just me being irresponsible👍🥲

      No. When they stop moving they set in place, but during this time they want to go back which is why you need the retainer, especially right after treatment is done. My teeth were not very loose when they were moving and they are rock solid now that they stopped.
