      Hi there. A list of the ingredients is shown at point 0:22 of the video. Usually we show all the ingredients at the start of our video or, if we do not show them, we put a list in the video description :)

    Does anyone have this recipe please where I can print it

    • @Greekosophy
      @Greekosophy  2 года назад +1

      Hi. Unfortunately we do not have the recipe in print. It was given to us verbally by one of our family members and we made it and recorded it. We have plans for later this year to write down all the recipes we have made into videos and upload them on our website. Sorry!!

    What is “strong flour”?

    • @Greekosophy
      @Greekosophy  Год назад

      Hi Amanita. Strong flour (as opposed to plain flour) is higher in protein and is used to make bread and various types of dough. If you go to a supermarket or a place that sells flour you will see it in the same shelf with other flours such as plain flour, self-raising flour, etc.

    How long do you bake the cookies for? There is no time mentioned.

      Hi Sia. Please check time 5:58 in the video. We confirm you bake them at 180C for about 15-20 minutes :)

    They are very delicious. Just be careful with the Baking powder. In the recipe it's written 59g. That's a lot. You only need one teaspoon of it. Enjoy ❤

      Thank you sooooo much for pointing this out!! We have put a note in the description of the video because we no longer have the footage to change the video itself. Thank you once again 😀

    does that say 1 kilo of flour? i tried to make these and after using 3/4 of the kilo of flour the dough was very hard. seems like too much flour.

    • @Greekosophy
      @Greekosophy  2 года назад

      Hi Betty. Did you use plain flour or another type (for example, strong flour or self raising flour)? That could be the problem. However, if you used plain flour and it still comes out very hard, simply add a little bit more of olive oil and/or orange juice to bring it down to a level where you can easily manage it.

    Καλή προσπάθεια παιδιά!
    Αλλά τα ελληνικά κουλουράκια (Λαδοκούλουρα) δεν χρειάζεται Mixer!
    Απλά με το χέρι! Ίσα, ίσα να ανακατευτούν τα υλικά μεταξύ τους! Όχι δυνατό ζύμωμα!🤗

      Καλημέρα σας. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για το σχόλιο. Όπως ξέρετε, κάθε νοικοκυρά στην Ελλάδα έχει και το δικό της τρόπο/μυστικό πάνω στη μαγειρική. Η συγκεκριμένη συνταγή είναι από την κ. Μάρω και για αυτό το λόγο ο τίτλος του βίντεο είναι 'Maro's Koulourakia'. Επομένως, εμείς απλά ακολουθούμε κατά γράμμα ό,τι μας λέει η συνταγή 🙂
