The lack of LTE is a deal breaker for me. It's a shame because I was interested.

Hello, I purchased it 2 weeks ago and I love it, but I have a question regarding the notifications: when I get an email messages etc the screen does not light up, just when I turn it to my face. Is it the standard or somewhere I can set it to light up? reviously I had an amazfit band 5 and it was lght up when i get a message etc. Thanks.

Hey @OnePlus I´ve received my device and the notifications on the watch only appear when is paired over Bluetooth with my phone and not using only wifi, is this an expected behaviour?

Unfortunately - I don't have the confidence that OnePlus will be able to provide the long-term software updates necessary for the OnePlus Watch 2 to perform for years to come.

Bought the early bird discount but it had no disclaimer that it wont work in combination with the student discount. I went thru support but got no help. Not sure where to go at this point as support isnt giving any support. It is actually cheaper to buy the watch with the student discount versus using the early bird coupon. Why advertise without the caveat. 😢

In 2021 I buy oneplus 1 watch that's break in a 1 month the display was broken still oneplus service agents can't repair it and they said pls replace the dailer that is ₹12000

People think 3-4 days of battery life is outstanding for a smartwatch. I go 14 days with daily GPS tracking with my AMOLED Garmin FR 965. And the fitness tracking is more accurate.
For 3 times the price and 80% less apps
Sure enough, let's talk abput the lower end models FR 165 and 265 then. About the same price and still AMOLED. 10+ days of battery on both of them. Have spotify, have other music apps. Does significantly better in accuracy of fitness measuring and GPS. Does show notifications, allow android users to show pictures sent to them via messages. Have Garmin Pay to pay in store almost everywhere. It does have Calender synced with phone. It does have weather app and very in-depth information around it.
Does your smartwatch need to show bus/train schedules? No. Does it need to show tiny little pictures from your album on your phone? No. Does it need to allow you to play chess off of it? No.
So, the Garmins have all the essentials and also much much better measuring. Even the top apps in store for Wear OS and WatchOS is just another fitness related app. So what apps is needed? Use the phone for apps, which the majority will do anyway even if it is possible with the watch. @@stef-stef

Their presentation was like made by a 1st grader.
Then their SOFTWARE/SECURITY updates always DELAYED & LATE for. 2-3 months (or more, most of the time).
And their AFTER SALES SERVICE is the worst in the industry.
To make long story short, only fanboys/fangirls buy OnePlus, period.
