Day 6 of 30: Full Body Pilates - Balance Series (Pilates for Strength & Mobility)

- Join me for my newest 30-Day Pilates mat series called Balance! This series will kick off on January 1st, and will be all about finding a balance between strength AND mobility. We continually strive for this idea of balance in pilates since a strong, mobile body is key to long-term health. We'll work on this idea of balance throughout each class and throughout the entire series.
In just 30 minutes, this full body pilates workout will strengthen, tone and mobilize the whole body. Core strength and stability will be our foundation as we also work on overall strengthening and mobility. We begin in standing for a couple of movements before coming down to the mat for the rest of class. No props needed.

i added ankle weights for an extra burn and oh boyyyy!
