Day 6 of 30: Full Body Pilates - Balance Series (Pilates for Strength & Mobility)

  • Join me for my newest 30-Day Pilates mat series called Balance! This series will kick off on January 1st, and will be all about finding a balance between strength AND mobility. We continually strive for this idea of balance in pilates since a strong, mobile body is key to long-term health. We'll work on this idea of balance throughout each class and throughout the entire series.
    In just 30 minutes, this full body pilates workout will strengthen, tone and mobilize the whole body. Core strength and stability will be our foundation as we also work on overall strengthening and mobility. We begin in standing for a couple of movements before coming down to the mat for the rest of class. No props needed.

    Great series of low impact workouts, just what I needed to kick off the year. I like how you vary the focus from one day to the next and how you explain the purpose of each movement.

    i added ankle weights for an extra burn and oh boyyyy! Got my pilates fix and my Sunday can start! :) Thank you again for being the kind spirit that you are; when i started pilates with you (it feels like forever ago, early pandemic) I never knew that I could love it so much (tried it before with others and it was just not it)... My mental health has improved so much, just by the way you practice self love/self respect/self kindness, which radiates in your videos. That is something I could never repay you!     I found this one difficult to do the ab stretch/workout
