Marty…I just realized that the calmness of you voice takes the edge of that frantic feeling I get when I have a project and need to learn a Photoshop function quickly. You make the impossible sound possible!!!!

Marty, you and Piximperfect are the absolute Photoshop GOATS. It irritates me when I scrub through other smaller channels content to see that they are obviously stealing your walk throughs, step for step, and putting so little effort into even the appearance of "making it their own".
Love your content, I refer to your tuts often to get ideas, and I'm always sharing your videos to coworkers who appreciate your easy to follow processes.

I learned so much of Photoshop from your composition videos back in 2015 and started freelance graphic design work. 😊

Everything is great, I just get stuck on the gradient and it won't work at all ?

99% of time, something very minor is causing the issue (i.e." incorrect Blend Mode, wrong layer is active, etc. You could try the "Classic Gradient" which is just under "Gradient" at the top of your screen.

Wouldn't have been easier to just select the smart object and go to: "layer > smart object > replace content"?

Video is good but I don't like your image Transform technique at start graphic placement.
