My 194 drove me all through high school then I upgraded to👍
Underside of the body should have been finished. But definitely a sweet little car.
truly a work of art.
Damn, I wish i could have scored all those original parts!
I have the original front frame, with inner fenders and suspension off my 63.if you are the interested.
Wait, isnt 62 and 63 4 lug?
@@danielbuckner2167 yes
@@josephmcneal4347 the spindles can still be swapped out though. What part of the country or located in?
@@danielbuckner2167 five lug was optional as were 14 inch wheels and tires
It looked better with the steel wheels. Wider in the back than in front with dog dish hub caps spells sleeper. Just my opinion.
Yeah, I completely agree. Sleeper doesn't mean keep it under the hood.
very nice, I'm about at the end of my own 63 build, been a year and a lot of work but worth it
My 63 6cyl. was 4 lug wheels. It was a super sport complete with three on the tree and the Chrome Kleenex tray
Oh yeah and then in 64-65 they went to five lug.
Five lug became standard equipment in '64 , before that it was optional.
I give it 10 thumbs up just for having an ACTUAL carbonator on it ...
Why would do so many improvements and not clean and paint the underbody, just installed it on top of the grease and crud?
I wondered the same thing!
You save a FORTUNE on time and work. Google Keith Urban's sleeper Nova, similar concept. Super fast and rusty lol
From what I understand, When the Nova first came out with the inline six, Chevy had instructions available how to swap in a chevy v8 in there. I just don't understand why they bothered with the inline 6 at all. If they wanted fuel economy, they could have just dropped in a 283 in there instead.
The inline sips fuel unlike the 283.

Beautiful nova upgrade. What was the black used on all of the parts? Any paint numbers? Thanks
I get it. Wish it were mine. What would be a ballpark figure for the rear end assembly, installed on same car?
Great job,but even now more classic chevys are being done with LS engines and now powered electric motor conversions tech is changing fast.new is cool but I still like old school.
Two big down sides of the early Nova's, small engine bay and no room for a wide or taller tire. You can add all the HP you like but if it wont hook it's going to be slow.
Steel wheels look better!
Why do you have 3 inch exhaust on a mild small block .
It's a sleeper? If I would see this car one the street I would assume it has a gob of HP and most likely running NOS.
👍👍👍👍👍✊✊✊
Good
The rims give it away...
My kind of builders. Get rid of all the stock running gear. All new bottom. Purists are going to hate it.
Nahhh, ppl been racing these to their death not long after they rolled off the line. It just raises the prices on the original condition novas.👍
wow
It was my #2car and it was fast...302 cubic inch the hard way...I could put bbc on the side lines as it was hp to weight oh my god....and mopar and dodge
Nice, but the Roadster Shop does far better work.
MORE TIRE!
Needs A/C.
I’m not seeing the sleeper part
Yas sr l Love car America
all that work and then put in a old style rear dist engine, why?
Cause LS SUCK !
Ruined a nice stock ride,Do that to some old rust bucket and leave the few old gems be.
all looks good but the afro American wheels,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
MENTIRAS NO ES V 8 ;ES MAQUINA 6 CILINDROS.
