Noisy mate, but beyond that the boys balanced them up great so no wobbles to speak of, bit bigger than a 315 so braking and accelerating a touch noticeable... 7/10 on road
Hi mate, no we have been lucky in the 5 years I've had it, touch wood..... I run an auxiliary digital voltmeter internally and i did once notice the volts drop after doing a muddy crossing, usually carry a small weed spray bottle on big trips with fresh water and got in there quick to clean it on that occasion, came back up to 14.1 instantly, where we go up north and cross salt i always wash it out with clean water....
@@TeamBulletOffroad Loved this tyre review mate very comprehensive, I'm amazed at how little they have worn from road use and the amount of kays you have done on them for an extreme off road tyre they seemed to have very minimal wear wow! By the way how much were they a tyre?
@@IndyHepburn I got mine directly through tyremax as part of Bullets sponsorship deal....Got my 37s from road runner though, shipped up on rims, was great service
Been looking at getting this exact set 35x12.5r16, I got an 80 series so pretty heavy, do they bag out pretty well at 15psi as I’ve read they don’t bag out to well above 10psi but that’s for 37/40”s not the 35s Cheers
They went ok at low pressures on my 3tonne 79, bar 1 run where I had issues with 1, on Adams gu he also had dramas with 1, I think a set of beadlocks would help, but on road they are noisy so not sure how much driving you do onroad?
@@TeamBulletOffroad I only drive the 80 when I go bush really, but I’m pretty set on them I think I’ll get the tires first then get headlocks further on down the track
Well, Adam ended up acquiring these since the initial test, they have become somewhat of a shelf tyre, he runs them on his gu from time to time, mainly off road, so no real long term news out of us im afraid...
@@TeamBulletOffroad appreciate it regardless. I am thinking about throwing a set of 33s on my fj45 1hzt and ride out, but I'm a bit afraid they will sound like boggers on the road.
FFS its not a truck mate . its a ute a great ute but not a truck . Good test of the treps but no way ide run them daily theyre too precious to ruin them on the road
Now this is a review and not an infomercial. Well done great job loved seeing ya putting it through there paces.
Thanks for taking time to comment
Thanks for the great review mate about to chuck some 35s Trepadors on my Jeep wrangler.
Nice 1, cheers
Love your videos mate so awesome catch up soon
Cheers mate...
the treps would be the best tyre for these conditions, you will love your new 79 when you get it
Yes, long way off but cant wait....
This is so Australian I love it.
Cheers for commenting Jordan
Kids doing better spotting than i do 😅
Hahaha.....
How do you find them on road for longer drives between getting to destinations
They are now on Adams gu, they don't seem to balance up as well as when they were new, which is a problem for long distances, plus getting louder..
Hey mate at the start you say there not the stickies ? Are these the bias ? And are the stickies same tred just softer compound ?
Also for mostly off road tough tracks would they be better on 16x8 rim or 16x10 ? Less can off come of the bead on a skinner rim at low pressure ?
Thats correct mate....
Definitely 8s, 10s would scrub on front more easily being 2 inches wider plus you wouldn't be able to air down as low on 10s, in my opinion
G'day mate what r very like on the road

how do you fit 35 inch treps with a 3 inch lift with out scrubbing? what is your rim off sets and all the business
Rim off set is 0 front neg 50 rears, ive limited the up travel and have superior radius arms mate, it does just touch with the 35s
Did you ever have any alternator issues with all the water crossings you do & its low mounted position under the motor?

After your issues with 12 psi, would you try 15 psi or stick with 18 psi ?
@@gen1c8rs88 They burped air out on 16 as well, so yeh, just a heavy truck without beadlocks..
Just out of interest what size tyer are you running on the caravan
33x12.5 15s

What's the tyre noise like on the freeways compared to the Razr?
Its terrible, the Razrs are real quiet, the treps are as bad as the old simex centipedes...
Are these the M8060 BIAS ply tire?
Yes, not comp spec...
I need to know what wheels those are on the thumbnail!!!! Please help
