Hi my name is Carl Jacobson,
I started woodworking with my grandfather as a young boy. I continued woodworking through high school, and started woodturning after seeing a turned project in a friends shop. Some of my fondest memories are working with my grandfather in his wood shop. Being able to share our passion for woodworking, ties it all together. We also do a lot of epoxy projects as well as woodturning. Хобби

Great video Carl, was very cool to see the original you talk about in the video today. Amazing!
Thank You! It was great visiting with you too.
Great project. It's super being able to use either the meat tenderizer or the chicken press on the same mallet. And you chose a beautiful piece of burl for the demonstration. Thank you for sharing. Have a great day and stay safe.🙂🙂
Very neat project and great design. That maple burl is awesome.
Thank you Mark!

Malinda says we will be over for the Schnitzel, I have one that one of my relatives made(no one knows which one), it's over 95 years old and still tenderizing. Thanks for the video Carl.
That's so cool you still have it and use it.
Super nice, Carl
