The f12 is not working on my laptop. Please help
I reinstalled windows, didn't change any part, it was activated before, but why is it asking for the product key again?
With newer computers, the product key should be pulled from the motherboard automatically during install. However, if this does not happen, you will need to enter it manually. Go to your File Explorer. Then, right click on This PC and select Properties. You should see there if Windows is activated and also where to click to enter the product key. The product key should be on a sticker under the computer or under the battery for laptops.

If the install process did not pull the Windows Product COA directly from the motherboard as is done in most newer computers, you will have to enter it in manually. Do you have the COA in paperwork with the computer or on a sticker on the back or underside of the computer? If not, you will have to purchase it.
