As an ACTUAL salesman by trade, what you’re doing is entirely disingenuous. 1100/month for information you can find on youtube for free. No matter how many buzzwords you throw around, how much “Value” you pretend to give people or how many times you spout this “high performance” bullshit. Its all shite. How can you claim to be an entrepreneur if you’re literally building these coaching platforms for vince. You’re an employee.

That's because salesmen think that "company" has to sell something. That's a 1st grade mindset. He is the COO of a 7-figure fitness company and is a CEO of his own company, and although he doesn't sell, he provides service with his company by giving High Performance Masterclasses. Many of his students actually RECOMMENDS his masterclasses. And he makes 6-figure income off of that. He is not bullshit, YOU ARE. Your flawed mindset thinks that companies must "sell" and that's simply not true, go back to elementary school and LEARN. Learn from a 5th grade teacher if you can't learn from someone proper. Also, you are BULLSHIT and no salesman. I could sell a candy for 50 cents too and say Salesman. You're not even an employee, you're TRASH!

Because they possess the ability to convince others. You only earn money in pyramid schemes if you can convince others of the product/class/whatever you are selling. If I am honest, I believe that half of his routine is for show only and only to show, how "successful and "high performance" he is, even though he probably is not sucessful at all by any means, since I do not believe that he is at the Top 1% of whatever scheme he is in...
Not to be salty, Richard shall do whatever brings him joy (and is not illegal), however, people who can sell themselves well and convince others usually have a high chance of suceeding in such a scheme.. It's the 99% below them, that bought into the scheme and believe them.

Nothing but a salesman who use the english term “entrepreneur”. I wonder how much life experience and business accomplishment a recent college graduate has that allows him to be a coach/instructor. This reminds me when i was in college there are also a significant amount of people from mainland China who sell products/package to other people and inviting them to attend business talks on how to be successful, and ask them to join their team and sell products/package to others. I was also approached by these types of people several times when i was in college with their friendly smile and told me they have a great “investment opportunity” waiting for me. My college once sent an email to international students and warn them to be careful when some strangers approach you and invite you to activities. I colud be wrong but base on what i know in some countries something like that could be consider as a pyramid scheme and is consider as illegal.
I feel sorry for those people who are not seeing things clearly, and just because something is not illegal, doesn’t mean it is ethical or moral.

I was actually the one who thought sales is sort of manipulating and tricking people to buy the products. However, now I can find sales is not only a universal thing in our life but it can serve as a way to "change someone's life by actually holding them accountable to the investment they make", as you mentioned in the video. I really appreciate the valuable lesson which utterly fixed my distorted view on sales.

@@user-ci4bh6cc5b, the Christian values that are preached here are those of purity, love, and making the world a better place. Entrepreneurs creating generic motivational classes and long-term, physically-harmful products that make people "stronger" and more "productive and efficient" end up reinforcing the exact opposite of the altruistic, humble values that they preach. Creating a product that helps people get a six pack while contributing nothing to wieder society is indeed, shady. And declaring the shower as non negotiable is non-democratic and therefore illegal.

If someone can multiply their business like that....if you look up the web vince del Monte try to market a 100 dollar pre-workout before, when market price is relative 30-45. In addition if anyone does some research , the biggest component to preworkout is caffeine and caffeine pills are dirt cheap.

High Peformance Question: I want to be productive but I keep finding myself in slumps where I just waste time and don't make progress and then that leads to doubt creeping in and it getting worse. How do you avoid these slumps?

Get some goals and think the options you have to achieve them and make the way there, sometimes its hard to go directly to a goal and you have to through another extra steps that you weren't expecting at first, soo be ready for everything, and keep your mind open to new challenges never miss anything

Hello, Richard. Could you make us a video about your diet in one week? I want to get a fixed schedule for how to make three healthy and energetic meals throughout a day. So that I will have more time to focus on the work I have to finish. No more stress when considering what I am gonna eat today.

Hey Richard Yu, love what you're doing here! It's awesome! Trying to get myself to motivate and learn the languages I want to learn, as well as just learning to be more productive and looking into starting a business as a side income. I did try to start a business on Shopify but I have not had much success, so that will probably end soon. I would love to attempt to join any of your programs, but I am only a high school junior and probably do not meet the requirements, so I will just continue to watch your content. Thank you for the awesome video and trying to give motivational ideas!

Hey Richard, I have a couple questions for you:
Given that you have a biology degree from UCLA, why did you become an entrepreneur? Did you originally intend on going to medical school, but then decided to do something else? Additionally, why did you choose to become an entrepreneur over your typical 9-5 office job? This is something I’ve always wondered, and I’m sure many of your viewers are wondering this as well. Looking forward to your answer, thanks!
