@I G maybe you have things going on in your life that is exhausting to you, and same but opposite lol i get like 4 to 5 hours and sleep and i feel energized, but then during the weekends i sleep for like 12 hours
@I G The "important" hours while you're sleeping are from 12-3 am. That's when your body rests and repairs everything. So maybe if you sleep at 1-2 am you miss out on a couple of those important hours.

Once I get into oxford I can thank you for reminding me to be grateful of all my privileges and for teaching me proper work ethic.
There’s a reason why this video was recommended to me for a reason, felt unmotivated today, I failed my welding test, got slag all over my shirt causing to get burns all over my body, left home, opened up RUclips and this is the first thing that popped up, I felt like giving up but this video gave me hope, to trust the process, there’s a reason why I’m where I’m at, I appreciate the motivation.

But what they lose in return is actually sleep. Otherwise there's no difference in waking up at 6 and sleeping at 10 than that this guy is doing. He is a life coach in the making and all life coaches scam you by selling a potential.

He would have said he was excited to finish school, also he said day right before so it wasn’t some sort of foreshadowing.
“Foreshadowing” is the wrong term for it, but regardless-as the original comment implies-most people wouldn’t say “finish” to describe their day at 6 AM. He also repeatedly mentions his finals and “...wrapping up my [his] university career at UCLA,” which would lead most people to believe that, yes, he is talking about his year (or perhaps his college experience) when he mentions finishing strong.

The fact that i found this video 7 minutes before new year’s eve was a blessing from God. how inspiring. thank you for spreading the word of God not by just words but your actions! in a matter of minutes you’ve opened my eyes to how fortunate and blessed we are and how much we are capable of in 24 hours. i’ll for sure be thinking about this video as i go into 2020. this was such perfect timing and i truly do think God placed it here for me. keep doing you!
