This is so true, but i think that thats because not many people are actually trying to change their lifes and improve themselfes, they just complain about how thay lifes are miserable or when they arent they just dont want to improve themself. I actually really needed to hear that, because latelly i started working out but as i was starting to getting good at it my homework started taking me longer I had many exams to study for and I stopped working out but still had A thought that I want to work out at the back of my head do when i heard someone (Richard) actually saying that our health is more important that our business... i realised that if i have actually want to do this i would have because one your less of study or watching netflix wont change much especially that I have almost a whole day for that

You need to just grind it out. Try and do the bulk of your work in the morning (if you can), and set a timer for 45 minutes to an hour, taking 10 minute breaks in between work sessions. Different time periods of work have different success rates depending on the person, but that's the one that works the best for me.

Hey Richard I appreciate all the great videos and content. I saw in this one that you have patella tendonitis. I struggled with that as well. You might’ve done this is PT, but doing isometrics such as the spanish squat or iso reverse nordics or just isometric lunges really help with patella tendonitis. I hope that could maybe help you as they really helped me. Keep grinding man I love what you are doing

I think that he feels so good from all of the mental stimulation, physical strength and excitement about success that he just keeps going. If we reach the same level, I think we would realize that this discipline isn't "ordinary" living.

Hey Richard ,first of all i really think that your such a postitivity!! I know that exercising is really important for us to boost our best perfomances!!!But sadly I hurt my wrist and i felt really frustrated that I cant lift any weight in months!! DO u have any suggestion for me? what can i do ?
I learned this from a good friend: "If my legs are injured, I will train my arms." You may not be able to lift weights now, but there are other ways you can still stay fit.
