You should try weighted calisthenics, (weighted) ring dips/pull-ups& squats/deadlifts if you really want to push yourself physically and develop even more grit. No comparison to machines/dumbbells

I just love the way you look at life. ive always thought i was happy and doing great in highschool but now i see that i might actually not be having the best of times its pretty bland and sad. Hey Richard! Just found your channel about a week ago and I have been binge watching your videos because they are so entertaining and informative. I am a senior in high school and I will be attending Stevens Institute of Technology to major in Quantitative Finance in the fall of this year. My question to you is what tips would you give to a senior in high school to give them a jump start for college? (Both study wise and financially). My study habits have been working great for a long time now. As for finances, I have always had an entrepreneurial mind and have began investing in the stock market recently as I have just turned 18.
