Court's ruling on parental responsibilities on unmarried fathers: Lithalethemba Stwayi

The rights of fathers are in the spotlight. The Constitutional Court has ruled that unmarried biological fathers should be allowed to access full parental responsibility in the lives of their children. This as changes to the Children's Amendment Bill are implemented.
