Dude, for one, I thank you for looking out for "economy" instead of multi bucks. You prove that repairing a guitar doesn't always cost an arm and a leg. Thankfully I already have the tools you used and anxious to get back at it tomorrow. Sure beats going to the ER for stitches after playing a few songs up and down the fret board!

really with this we encourage people to try, just go light on the fret end file so you don't dig into the wood

Can you put the string back or need to absolutely replaced it ??? Bought a cheap chines guitar ... paid almost 200$ to change the string and ajust it but they didn't smootthed the sharp edge ... I don't wanna change my string again

You can leave the strings, just loosen them enough to do the work. They make some small holders to keep them out of the way. Check these out: elmerguitar.com/products/string-spreaders?variant=37416349663394¤cy=USD&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIgPzL5pL3gwMVWgutBh34zgucEAQYBSABEgIyh_D_BwE

You will need to change strings on your guitar many times over the life of your guitar. Strings are not that expensive, and it gets easier to change strings the more often you do it.
If you are paying $200 USD to set up and change strings you are getting ripped off. Changing your own strings costs about $4-10 depending on the strings you buy.
